"The Magic Touch for Marketing at Cloud10" Jennifer Lane. An Interview with Jennifer Lane by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                     JENNIFER LANE

"Great Leaders have so many unique qualities that they always seem to stand out.  They don't have time to seek recognition for their accomplishments because they are too busy figuring out ways to make their team better.  They have an energy that is contagious and their smile makes it hard for people to have a bad day around them.  Even though they like to have fun they always seem to show up with their A-Game and an extreme focus.  One of these Great Leaders is Marketing Director Jennifer Lane.  Her creativity and her ideas keep her team motivated.  She lets us know what motivates her."

                                                                                                  Jason E. Foss

Jason:                                   "What motivated you to become a Marketing Director?"

Jennifer:

"I was at DattoCon, (a tech conference) for Cloud 10 Infotech, and I had no experience in technology or in IT.  I was sitting in a workshop about Marketing and I got excited.  I realized Marketing lights me up.  I had limited experience in Marketing for Welk Resorts where I was very successful, but it wasn’t traditional Marketing, it was closer to Sales. I began studying digital Marketing, hoping to transfer to another position with Welk. Unfortunately, there were some challenges and that just didn’t work out. I’d been working for Cloud 10 part-time as an Executive Assistant for many years. Cloud 10 was a very small company consisting of two Techs and myself. My job was mainly to keep the techs motivated because they eventually wanted to grow their business. I had been thinking about how to make Cloud 10 stand out from the other IT companies in San Diego. I asked myself, “How do I make IT sexy?” Because that’s what good marketers do, they take a product or service and make it sexy. I love to cook and bake, so I wondered what about marketing ourselves as a “luxury” IT company by offering cookies to all our new clients and some of our prospects."

Jason:                                   "What do you feel is the best quality to have to be successful at what you do?"

Jennifer

"In marketing as with any position, ongoing learning is key. In addition to continuous study in digital marketing which evolves at a rapid pace, I’ve taken a couple of classes in Photoshop, Illustrator and have even learned some IT concepts. Since I create all of Cloud 10’s marketing campaigns from start to finish, knowing these skills is an asset. My creativity and the drive to learn are certainly the most important traits that contribute to the success of Cloud 10 as well as my own personal success."

Jason:                                     "What would you say to those that admire how hard you work and want to be successful like you?"

Jennifer:

"Create a unique atmosphere, put your personality into what you do, make sure your work reflects who you are rather than just going through the motions doing something you force yourself to do. Always think positive and stay motivated even on days when you feel like you’re not accomplishing as much as you want to. This may sound silly, but I also create motivational meetings. I learned that on the sales floor when I worked for Welk. Every day there was a short meeting for all employees, and I’ve brought that to Cloud 10, although our “jazzy meeting” is only once a week in the morning usually on Thursdays. Cloud 10 does have a meeting every day after work over beer. We like to have fun. Fun is an essential element of the culture at Cloud 10 and inborn in my personality."

Jason:                                    "Apart from being a Marketing Director do you have any other Passions or Life Goals that you enjoy?"

Jennifer:

"I love to cook. Part of my job is to cook lunch for Cloud 10 and I’m so fortunate I get to put my passion for cooking and baking into my role at Cloud 10 by baking cookies for new clients and prospects. I also love animals, travel, and art."

Jason:                                     "For those people that read this and are inspired by your Leadership qualities, great personality, and incredible work ethic, is there any way they can support you or stay in contact with you?"

Jennifer:

"Absolutely. We have a Referral Program where anyone can refer us to a client, and they receive a 20% commission when the client signs a contract with us. The client also receives cookies of course! And if the person who refers them is local, they can receive cookies too! I can always be reached on LinkedIn, Facebook, and through our website at Cloud10Infotech.com."

"Jennifer Lane was motivated by a Marketing workshop.  One of my favorite things about this Great Leader is that when she found out Marketing excited her she seized the moment.  She didn't continue the path she was headed.  Instead she looked for new opportunities and chose a different path that she was Passionate about.   Now she is a very successful Marketing Director.  I personally believe her idea of giving cookies is brilliant.  It made me want to know more about her and her company.  Jennifer Lane teaches us that we can all become successful.  It takes creativity and the willingness to want to keep learning.  She also loves to cook and it was incorporated into her position at Cloud 10.  So don't stop looking for what you're Passionate about until you find it.  And when you do that will be the start of your path toward success.  Click on the Instagram link above and connect with Jennifer Lane.  If you know of any potential clients reach out to her and take advantage of their 20% referral commission. "The End Of Echoes" by Dawn Hosmer. An Interview with Dawn Hosmer by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                    DAWN HOSMER

"Great Authors have this amazing ability to turn a sentence into the beginning of a great story.  Each sentence connecting the Reader to the next like a beautiful bridge of thoughts.  Each chapter just as important as the one before.  These Authors leave the Reader mesmerized at how focused they are on the story.  So much that they become oblivious to the world around them.  When books cause you to lose track of time you know you picked up the right one.  And when Authors keep your attention time and time again you found someone special.  Their main characters become one of your favorites.  Their Passion for writing matches your Passion for reading their work.  Dawn Hosmer is one of those Great Authors.  She let us know what motivates her."

                                                                                                     Jason E. Foss

Jason:                                            "What motivated you to write "The End Of Echoes"?"

Dawn:

"I experienced the loss of someone close to me when I was young which was part of the inspiration for The End of Echoes. I also spent my career in social work and witnessed first-hand the tragic effects of domestic violence, drug & alcohol addiction, and unresolved grief. All of these factors inspired this book. I’ve always been intrigued by how one event can have such different effects on people involved which is why I told this story from multiple points of view."

Jason:                                             "Which characteristic of Ruby can you relate to the most and why?"

Dawn:

"The characteristic I can relate to the most with Ruby is her love for her children. She doesn’t make the best decisions or ones I would necessarily agree with but there is no doubt she loves her children more than herself."

Jason:                                             "For your fans and book lovers briefly describe "The End Of Echoes"."

Dawn:

"Two families, forever linked by tragedy."

"Ruby Dunkin is in an abusive marriage. Her best efforts aren't enough to shield her two children from an abusive father whose cruelty knows no bounds. Their volatile situation ends in tragedy when Ruby's eldest son, Billy is torn away from everything he loves. Consumed by hatred and self-loathing Billy becomes the thing he hates the most—his father."

"Chelsea Wyatt, a senior in high school, goes missing after work one night, never to return. Her parents are devastated, only knowing this kind of tragedy from the news. Crimes like this are unheard of in their quiet, midwestern town. Consumed by the tragic fate of their friend, family member and neighbor, their lives and futures are forever altered."

"For over eighteen years, no one knows the connection between Ruby Dunkin and Chelsea Wyatt. A journey through time reveals the common thread stitching their heartbreak together. Yesterday echoes throughout each character's life as they decide how, and if, they will break the chains of the past."

"Will they continue to leave a legacy of pain and loss for future generations? Will they break the cycles of abuse that have destroyed so many lives?"

Jason:                                                "Are you working on another book and if so what can you tell us about it?"

Dawn:

"I have completed the first draft of my next book. It is a thriller/suspense that I’m really excited about. It has a unique premise and was so much fun to write. I’ll be able to share more details soon. I have extensive re-writes to do which is what I’ll be tackling next."

Jason:                                                 "For those that want to read your book what is the easiest way to buy "The End Of Echoes"?"

Dawn:

"The End of Echoes is available on Amazon in paperback and kindle. Here’s the link.":

"I am so excited to announce that I am currently working with Marnye Young, the Audio Sorceress, to create the audiobook of The End of Echoes. I don’t have a release date yet but I cannot wait for readers to be able to experience Marnye bringing the characters and book to life."

"Four Chords" by Maddie Corinne. Interview with Maddie Corinne by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                         MADDIE

"Great Artists have a gift of touching you with their voice.  Their words connect to you.  Sometimes it feels like time stops and you can almost feel like you understand them.  Their Pain.  Their Happiness.  Their feelings when they wrote that song.  Sometimes in life there could be a lot going on to the point that you don't get the chance to appreciate the little things.  But every now and then a great somg comes on that makes you take a step back and appreciate the moment.  Maddie is one of these Great Artists.  She let us know what motivates her."

                                                                                                        Jason E. Foss

Jason:                                              "What motivated you to write "Four Chords"?

Maddie:

"“Four Chords” was something that happened after 3 or 4 years of being inspired and working on my songwriting. I had these five songs, and I looked at them once they were all finished and realized that they told a story. I felt that they started and ended together, and that was what inspired me to work on my EP. It was all very spur-of-the-moment, and Four Chords created itself just as much as I created it."

Jason:                          "Do you have a favorite song of yours or one that means the most to you and if so why?"

Maddie:

"Blue Front Door and Home are both very important songs to me, and that is why they are the bookends of Four Chords. Blue Front Door was my first song to ever play for other people, and the song that sort of kick started the process of recording an EP. Home is about the amazing support system I have in my life, and it reminds me to find comfort in my songwriting. I’m so happy those two songs are the beginning and the end of Four Chords!"

"Probably when my EP was released, so many amazing people reached out to tell me how much they enjoyed it. I wasn’t expecting it at all, and it’s still so amazing and surreal to hear. I still have a long way to go, but I am so thankful for the friends and family who have supported me through it all."

Jason:                         "What advice would you give to someone that is inspired by you and would love to make their dreams come true?"

Maddie:

"Don’t listen to those nasty voices in your head! Art is hard, and you are your own worst critic. I say all of this, but do I take my own advice? No. But even with those nasty voices, I keep writing. I keep singing. Because I would be too sad if I didn’t. So just keep going. Write good things, bad things, all the things! Eventually it will become a song. At least it has for me."

Jason:                         "For your fans and music lovers what is the easiest way they can buy "Four Chords"?"

Maddie:

"My ep “Four Chords” is available for purchase on iTunes, and is also available on Apple Music, Spotify, and anywhere else music is sold/streamed. My name is Maddie Corinne, and you can find me on Instagram under @/maddiecorinnemusic"

"Maddie was motivated by 3 or 4 years of songwriting.  I like how she said that the five songs told a story.  Each one connected to each other in it's own unique way.  Like chapters in a book that leaves the Reader engaged her EP "Four Chords" does the same.  In "Blue Front Door" I felt as if Maddie lets you into a moment in her life.  She paints a beautiful picture with her words.  She makes great music.  She has the gift of making you feel something.  No matter how many sad songs or how many times you miss someone her EP tells a story.  That at the end of her songs you will feel that you found Home.  Whetever is important to you in your life Maddie's music knows how to open your mind and your heart to good vibes with her beautiful voice and words that make you appreciate good music.  Go to iTunes, Spotify, or anywhere you like to download music and buy "Four Chords" by Maddie Corinne."

"Revision Division" Kimberly Hunt. Interview with Kimberly Hunt by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                   KIMBERLY HUNT

"Great Authors write with Passion and Drive.  They believe in their story and their books reflect that.  While there are Great Authors that believe in their work it feels good to know there are Great Editors that believe in the Author.  Kimberly Hunt is one of these Great Editors.  What I like most about her is she is not a Writer.  She is 100% Editor so that book you care about is her Priority.  She doesn't rush your project.  She is not preoccupied by her own stories.  She is only focused on yours.  She lets us know what motivates her."

                                                                                             Jason E. Foss

Jason:                                          "What motivated you to become an Editor?"

Kimberly:

"I’ve always loved reading and had a natural talent for spotting errors. For years I followed the path dictated by others until I discovered the freedom of freelance work. I started out copyediting and quickly found my true passion in developmental editing. Helping authors improve their story is rewarding to me."

"When editing, you have my complete focus. And afterwards, your book is special to me. I buy it, promote it and support you."

Jason:                                       "I love this message that you are sending to your many satisfied clients. What is one of the nicest compliments you received from a client?"

Kimberly"

"This is so hard to answer as I’ve had such wonderful feedback from all my clients. Some of my favorite compliments are":

“Just going through the edits and so far I am accepting 100%. Loving it. You are awesome.”“Faster than expected with great communication, Revision Division respected the authors' direction and found dozens of issues I overlooked.”“Kimberly Hunt is the best! She did a developmental edit for me on my YA novel. Her suggestions were insightful, and I implemented almost every change she recommended. Her feedback was both honest and positive, and she gave me ideas that I had never considered.  She is professional, thorough and efficient.”

Jason:                                       "For Authors interested in your Services briefly describe what you do."

Kimberly:

"Let me explain from the beginning, with the type of editing that comes first in the process—Developmental Editing. This also happens to be my favorite service! I provide solutions to pace, plot, character development and point of view problems via edits in manuscript as well as a revision summary of most important areas to address. This usually occurs after the author's first draft, after they've self-edited, and revised based on beta reader feedback. I also provide beta reading during slow periods for a ridiculously low price. After developmental revisions are complete, I take on copyediting projects to correct spelling, grammar, usage, capitalization, punctuation, and suggest changes for consistency and repetition issues. Finally, Revision Division provides proofreading to check for typographical errors with the goal of making as few changes as possible after formatting."

Jason:                                         "Your schedule seems to fill up pretty quickly.  What is the one thing about you and your Services that separates you from a lot of other Editors?"

Kimberly:

"I'm not sure there is just one thing. I think the fact that I'm not a writer, but instead a professional editor fully focused on continually improving editing skills through training and experience may distinguish me from all the writer/editors. Also, at this point in my career, I only take on work that I'm passionate about because I value the enjoyment over the paycheck."

Jason:                                           "For All The Authors that would love to work with you what is the easiest way to hire you as their Editor so they can take advantage of your Services?"

Kimberly:

                                                      "I'm available through the website

"This Pale Mortal Shell" by D. Elizabeth Ayers. An Interview with D. Elizabeth Ayers by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                           D. ELIZABETH AYERS

Great Authors have an imagination that creates unique ideas.  They can visit some place that a large amount of people visited before but they see more.  A specific place opens their mind to a book concept.  Characters start to form in their mind.  A story and a vision of how it will begin begins to develop.  Next thing you know that very moment sparked an idea and a book is out that Readers loved.  D. Elizabeth Ayers are one of these Great Authors.  She let us know what motivated her."

                                                                               Jason E Foss

Jason:                            "What motivated you to write "This Pale Mortal Shell"?"

D. Elizabeth:

"I was in England in 2003 and one of the places I visited was Bath. In the circus, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circus_(Bath), there is a beautiful grassy area and a very small copse of trees. Apparently, the architect who designed it believed Bath was the center of druid activity and designed the King’s Circus with the measurements of Stonehenge in mind. After visiting the Jane Austen House in the morning, I had a little picnic snack under those trees, and I communed with the trees. I also think I had a moment with the druids. I conceptualized a ghost story that involved a body snatching element. This initial idea took a little time to marinate, and I wrote some ideas out that never came to be. Ultimately, it became This Pale Mortal Shell."

Jason:                                "Which characteristic of Madison can you relate to the most and why?"

D. Elizabeth:

"Her tendency to care about people and their opinions of her even to the point of hurting herself."

Jason:                               "For your fans and book lovers briefly describe "This Pale Mortal Shell"."

D. Elizabeth:

"Without rehashing too much of what is already out there on the interwebs, "This Pale Mortal Shell" is:

"A magical love triangle of lost souls that pits brother against brother and proves rock n' roll never dies."

"The story revolves around three people who are desperately trying to manage a massive shift in the structure of their lives. Madison has spent the last five years being nothing other than the queen of the groupies, Joseph is a loner who barely exists at all, and Tristan is using both of them as puppets to avoid his fate. Essentially, he is not only the antagonist of the tale, he’s also the catalyst. Without him, the other two characters would never have been able to make any kind of change in their lives."

"This Pale Mortal Shell was my way of expressing my feelings about how the universe works, and maybe it gives readers a look into my philosophical and spiritual beliefs."

Jason:                                 "Are you working on another book and if so what can you tell us about it?"

D. Elizabeth:

"I’m so glad you asked! I have the first in a series coming out this fall. The series is called The Selkie Chronicles, and the first of the series is called Only Skin Deep."

"Here’s a little teaser for that series":

"The selkie. Those hot-blooded, sea-dwelling creatures on which the phrase “love ‘em and leave ‘em” was coined. Unfortunately, in the twenty-first century, they’re not so focused on the seduction of unwitting but oh-so-willing humans even though it sure is fun once in a while. These days, they spend more time building up their own societies and domains and living within the constraints of their politics. Very few people even remember they exist, and a select few humans have been chosen for mutually beneficial partnerships to protect the selkie race from discovery. Occasionally, these relationships have tragic outcomes, but every once upon a time, the right human and the right selkie can set each other free."

"And the blurb for the first of the series:"

"Sloane’s finally met her tall, dark, and handsome. The only problem is, sometimes he’s chubby, spotty, and smells of herring. But hey, nobody’s perfect, right?"

"Sloane is a disowned heiress turned waitress living in a small seaside town in west Scotland. Llyr is a selkie prince living in a kingdom thousands of feet under the sea and hundreds of miles away. It seems unlikely that the two could even meet let alone fall in love. But when she inadvertently calls him, he is able to take human form and journey to the surface."

"Sloane and Llyr must battle disapproving fathers, wicked stepmothers and other deadly enemies to make their relationship work. Along the way they discover secret treasure, unravel the truth about the past, and overcome the sins of a father and a mother. Against all odds, they find a way to bridge the gap between humans and selkies, and together they break the ancient curse which threatens to keep them apart."

Jason:                                      "For those that want to read your book what is the easiest way to buy "This Pale Mortal Shell"?"

"D. Elizebeth was motivated by a ghost story she conceptualized when she visited England in 2003.  My favorite thing about her is her creativity and her willingness to share about how are ideas were developed.  She is very open and that sharing and giving quality is one that I admire.  The way she knows her characters and describes the story let's you know how descriptive and detailed she is.  Her imagination and ability to create a great story is appreciated.  This talented Author doesn't just write for herself but she really cares about the Reader.  It matters to her that you have a great experience when you read her work.  And that Passion she has reflects in her book.  Click on the Link above and buy "This Pale Mortal Shell".

"The Demon In The Mirror" by Jessaca Willis. An Interview with Jessaca Willis by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                   JESSACA WILLIS

"Great Authors not only have a story to tell but they share it with the world.  Action means everything.  Many people have great ideas and they forget it the next day or over time.  Great Authors are attached to their idea.   Some Authors can't  sleep because their untold story won't let them.   Most of their creative imaginations won't let them forget it until it's written.  And when they write it down the Readers are amazed by how detailed their writing.  Almost as if it were meant for them to read.  Jessaca Willis is one of those Great Authors.  She lets us know where she got her motivation from."

                                                                                                Jason E. Foss

Jason:                          "What motivated you to write "The Demon In The Mirror"?"

Jessaca:

"Most of my stories come from my dreams, and that's where this one started. I had this bizarre dream that was in third person (so me, viewing it as a movie or bystander) where all of these murders kept happening around this little girl and no one knew why. In the dream though, the little girl wasn't a demon, she was just a regular ol' human being, and the person responsible wound up being some witch or something—I can't quite remember anymore. So, that's where The Demon in the Mirror started, but kind of transformed from there. I joined a short story group a few months ago, and each month they give us a new one-word prompt. One month in particular, our prompt was "lightning," and for some reason, it reminded me of that dream. Because I couldn't sleep one night, I started tinkering with a book cover that had two demons on the front (so, a different one that the final version), but it was enough inspiration to get me started writing what I think wound up being a really exciting and mysterious story!"

Jason:                             "Which characteristic of Eureka can you relate to the most and why?"

Jessaca:

"Oh man, things are about to get real. I feel like I should start by saying this could be a possible trigger warning to some folks who have experienced loss maybe?"

"So, like Eureka (who's nickname is Euri, in the book), I too can have a temper that sometimes gets me in trouble, which is how this whole story starts. She says some pretty hurtful things to someone she cares about and she's never able to take them back. I've definitely been there. Three or four years ago, one of my best friends and I got into a fight and we stopped talking for over a year. He tried making amends, but I just wouldn't budge. By the time I had finally decided to move past everything, he passed away in a motorcycle accident. Wow, actually, it hadn't even dawned on me until you asked, but yeah, I can relate to Euri's grief and regret in this story a lot!"

"She and I also share the experience of being sort of an outcast around the age of sixteen. Whereas Euri is coping with the loss of her sister, for me it was my parent's separation and moving out of the small town I'd grown up in—oh, and I guess that's another link between us too: moving away. Wow, I really hadn't noticed how similar we were until this question!

Jason:                                  "For your fans and book lovers, briefly describe "The Demon In The Mirror"."

Jessaca:

"Gladly! The Demon in the Mirror is a YA Paranormal short story about first-year demon Eureka Belvedere finding herself stuck in the middle of a series of murders that happen at the Academy of the Forsaken—a school for young demons and angels.

Jason:                                   "Are you working on another book and if so what can you tell us about it?"

Jessaca:

"I am always working on something else. Right now, my primary project is editing Puppets Dream, which is book 2 of my post-apocalyptic fantasy series called The Awakened. I'm not sure what I can share about it that wouldn't also give away parts of book 1, but one thing that readers can expect is that there are hints of mystery in this book, so pay attention to every detail if you want to crack the "case!""

Jason:                                   "For those that want to read your book what is the easiest way to buy "The Demon In The Mirror"?"

Jessaca:

"The Demon in the Mirror is available for purchase on Amazon, or free through Kindle Unlimited. Subscribers of my newsletter can also expect a teaser copy during the first week of September, so if you'd like an early glance at the opening scene, be sure to subscribe!"

                                                                                        CLOSING

"Jessaca Willis was motivated by a Dream.  There are many things I love about Jessaca.  Two are my favorite.  The Passion she shows in writing her book.  She lost sleep.  She didn't waste the moment.  She started working on a book cover.  Even though it wasn't the final book cover it inspired her to finish a great Book and now it is published.  My second favorite thing about her is how she can relate to her main character.  She shared with us how her parent's separation and moving away from the small town she grew up in effected her.  Her being open to us about that is very impressive because many people can relate.  That's how main characters become some of our favorites.  This great Author's openness and ability to create a character from her core makes it easy for Readers to feel connected to the main character and want to know what happens to them throughout the book.  All of her books have amazing reviews and this one will be no different.  Click on the Link above and buy "The Demon In The Mirror".

"My Path Of Faith" by Barbie Schuchart-Carlisle. An Interview with Barbie Schuchart Carlisle by Jason E. Foss

                                                                      BARBIE SCHUCHART-CARLISLE

"Great Authors have something unique about them that separates themselves from others.  They stand out.   They write with a sense of Purpose.  Their Passion inspires a lot of the people that reads their books.   Books are amazing.  It can change moods.  It can motivate someone that lost hope.  However it's not just about the book.  Behind the book is an Author that had a vision.  Barbie is one of those Great Authors.  She was happy enough to let us know what motivates her."

                                                                                                       Jason E. Foss

Jason:               "What motivated you to write "My Path Of Faith, A Life's Journey Learning To Love"?"

Barbie:

"This is very simple. God. I’ve been writing poetry since I was a little girl. My oldest brother would put my poems to music and sing them at our family hootenannies!  I’ve had God close to my heart all my life and as a child I’d talk to him as my best friend. My mother always made fun of me for this but I didn’t care. God told me I would be writing My Path of Faith and my mission in life would be to show and share his love with everyone."

Jason:                      ""My Path of Faith, A Life's Journey Learning  to Love" sounds like something that can and has touched a lot of people already. What do you feel is the first step in learning to love? "

Barbie:

"You have to completely surrender to God. “Completely" with everything you are."

"Confess to him all of your “ugly, dark secrets.” Even the ones which others have done to you. Find your part in them. Mine with my mother was as simple as I carried my childhood hatred for her and the self-loathing which she instilled in me into my adulthood instead of listening to God and forgiving her. I lived my life trying to hurt her but instead I only hurt myself.)

"Ask him for his forgiveness.  He’s always there and waiting for you."

"This one is so simple, we were made for it but as humans have been conditioned otherwise. “Love"  Not just from your heart and needs but from your very soul. As I talk about it in my book, I went to a spiritual healing doctor, an M.D., in 2013. As he was working on me I asked him: “how can I get more of God?”  No matter what I do, I can't get close enough. He replied: “Total surrender.”  I said I have but “I want so much more!”  He then put a hand on my shoulder, looked me dead in the eyes and said: “Love!”  I felt my entire being change at that moment!  I used to say I have to love you but I don’t have to like you. Wrong!  I was playing God and judging others by not accepting them just as they are right where they are!  My newfound faith was put to the test four hours later when I arrived home to find my belongings on the street and in the yard where I was living! You'll have to read my book to find out why and what happened! "

"When I look at someone I don’t see their physical appearance. All I see is their heart and soul as God created them to be. I see only their beauty, not what they may be going through or how they look. This is a gift I want to give everyone because it is beyond amazing or anything I can describe. A love like you’ve never known before. If I could hand it to you I would but, you have to want it and find it through God. I’m merely here to be his example and help others find it."

Jason:                           "For your fans and book lovers, briefly describe “My Path of Faith."

Barbie:

"What I like to say first of all is it is NOT a religious book!  My Path of Faith describes parts of my life, my trials, tribulations and happy times. My focus of My Path of Faith though is not about what I’ve been through in life but how God has always been there even when I turned away from him. I’ve been through several abusive relationships starting with my mother. Was date raped on my first date. Kicked out of our home at age 17 because of it and in my 50’s I was homeless for 8 months. I tried committing suicide four times,  starting at age 16 with the last time in 2016 when I drank antifreeze after almost being beaten to death by the man I’d been living with for two years.  Two days later was pronounced DOA by the paramedics.  I had a near death experience then too."

"There are pictures of things that happened to me and some of my poems are also included. This is a book to show no matter what we go through, unconditional love and God are all that matters."

"At the end of each chapter I have and describe for the reader: “Where was God in My Path of Faith.” And then after this I have a scripture that coincides with the chapter.
d. As a result of my book I’ve founded “My Hand in His Ministry,” reaching out to help heal the broken as I too once was. You can find this on Facebook."

Jason:                            "Are you working on another book and if so, what can you tell us about it? "

Barbie:

"I’m getting ready to publish a book of poetry called; “Be Quiet, Be Still, Listen to and Feel the ‘WHISPERED WORDS BREATHED UPON MY SOUL!”"

"I’m also completing a second book called, “Walk in Power” which leads you through how to learn to love!  It even has pages for writing and journaling as you grow! "

Jason:                             "For those that want to read your book, what is the easiest way to buy My Path of Faith? "

Barbie:

"My book is on most online bookstores, BAM (Books A Million), Barnes and Noble, Apple, Goodreads and Amazon in eBook and paperback."

"Here is a review from Reader’ Favorite":
                                                                   Review

""My Path of Faith is an inspiring story, one that will encourage readers to look past their hurts and find hope in a love that is unconditionally given. It contains lessons of faith, parenting, self-love, and healing.""

                                                                                     CLOSING

"Barbie was motivated by her Faith.  What I like most about Barbie is that she uses her gift of writing to share her life.  Anyone that is losing hope, feels lost, or somewhere along the way lost their direction Barbie took the time to give them a possible path they can take to regain focus.  But she walks you through the steps.  She doesn't just tell you a few words and expect you to understand on your own.  She added poems and pictures to give Readers a unique experience.  It is nice to hear that she aims to heal the broken.  She is working hard to show those in need what "Unconditinal Love" is and how it can change someone's life.  In life when things get tough options are very important to overcome.  Barbie is one of those Great Authors that wanted to create an option for those that feel they have none and can use some hope and inspiration.  Click on the Link above and buy "My Path Of Faith".
