"It Makes Me Happy To See Others Succeed" - Jessica Sieli. An Interview with Jessica Sieli by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                      JESSICA SIELI

"Great Leaders work hard to get to where they are.  Their Journey to Success was not an easy one.  There are steps they needed to take.  There's sacrifices they needed to make.  When they finally achieve their Life goals there is something unique about them.  They don't stop at their own Victory.  They look to find others that are on their own Journey and they look to put them in a Position to win.  They work with them.  They let their Team know "I've been there".  And Great Leaders don't stop until their whole Team is successful.  Jessica Sieli is one of these Great Leaders.  She is the Assistant Store Manager at Tuesday Morning.  She let us know what motivates her".

                                                                                                        Jason E. Foss

Jason:                "What motivates you the most about being an Assistant Store Manager at Tuesday Morning?"

Jessica:

"I am motivated by the great team of people I have the privilege to work with everyday. I enjoy developing and motivating my team to be the best they can be.  I started my retail career as a sales associate, so I always look for ways to get my employees to the next level."

Jason:                  "You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful. What do you feel is the best characteristic to have in order to be successful?"

Jessica:

"To be successful as a leader you need to have confidence. It doesn't mean you think you're better than other employees or have to act superior. It's about believing in yourself and in the decisions you make for your team. Every decision you make might not lead to the outcome you were looking for, but you have to have the confidence to try.  As Henry Ford said, " Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right.""

Jason:                   "Do you have any other Passion or Life Goals and if so what are they?"

Jessica:

"My goal  in life is to make a difference and motivate others. It makes me happy to see others succeed."

Jason:                    "For those that are inspired by you and would like to chase their dreams and achieve their Life Goals what advice would you give them that would help them to be successful?"

Jessica:

"Find something you are passionate about and commit to it 100 percent. Success will look different for everyone.  Life is too short to be in a career you don't enjoy. Everyone deserves a life of happiness and you shouldn't settle for anything less."

Jason:                     "You are very motivating. For those that would love to support you how can they do so and what is the best way for them to contact you?"

Jessica:

"You can message me here on Linkedin or by my email jsieli91@hotmail.com"

"Sol Muller was motivated by something that happened to her that made her happy and she wanted to share it with the world.  She found true love.  My favorite thing about Sol is how her and her husband never gave up on finding that 'special one'.  Especially having bad experiences in the past.  People write amazing books and fairy tales of romance at its best.  Sol Muller was able to create a romance that is a based on a true story of her life finding love.  Her bravery and her willingness to share her story is able to touch many hearts everywhere.  She found love with the click of a button.  She inspires us to take chances and gives validation that many things are possible as long as you are willing to take the chance.  Click on the link above and buy "A Click That Changed My Life.""

"Shadow of the Taj" by Lara Bernhardt. An Interview with Lara Bernhardt by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                 LARA BERNHARDT

"Great Authors write stories that give the Reader the feeling they are walking in the main characters footsteps.  Each book they write not only matches the last but they continue to bring words to life and take you inside the story being told.  Their growth is evident in each chapter.  The time they took to perfect their craft shows in every word.  They can open your eyes to the realities of the world.  One of these Great Authors is Lara Bernhardt.  She's always up for the next challenge.  When she writes a book her imagination takes over.  It knows no bounds.  Her writing was so well received that it demanded a sequel.  A book two being just as good as the first is not an easy feat yet she pulled it off what seemed effortlessly.  When someone writes with Passion once ink hits paper their words are not the beginning of a book rather a Journey for your mind's imagination.  She let us know what motivates her."

                                                                                                               Jason E. Foss

Jason:                              "What inspired you to write Shadow of the Taj?"

Lara:

"Many years ago I had the opportunity to spend about half a year in India. I met wonderful people, learned about a fascinating culture, was served some of the best food I’ve ever eaten, and toured many beautiful, historic sites. The time I spent there was enriching, informative, and eye opening. It was also sobering. Decadent opulence counters extreme poverty, of a depth we have a hard time fathoming in the western world. While there, I witnessed many horrific things that I could never forget. I also read any English-language newspapers and magazines I could get my hands on – and learned about the horrifying reality of human trafficking and sex slavery. The stories I read stayed with me, haunted me.  I tried to research the issue more after returning to the States, but found little information. I needed to write about this, to share it. The characters in my book are not drawn specifically from one character each, but are amalgamations of stories I actually read. I’d like to say the horrors in the book are inventions of my overactive imagination. Sadly, they’re real. Millions of our sisters on the other side of the world live this horror."

Jason:                                   "One of my favorite things about you is the excitement you show when your new books come out. What is one reason why this book means a lot to you?"

Lara:

"Though this isn’t my first published book, it is the first book I ever wrote. It developed slowly over many years. I questioned whether or not it was even my place to write this book. But I didn’t see one like it, and the story wouldn’t let me go, so I committed to bringing it to life. I put in many hours of research to ensure I got it right. I started attending conferences and workshops, learning the craft of writing a novel. Telling this story, speaking out for the helpless, has become paramount to me. I hope that shining a light on this issue may one day improve someone’s life."

Jason:                                     "Which character can you relate to the most and why?"

Lara:

"I’m going to go with Leslie, the main character, though she is a fictional character and not actually based on me. She is shocked by some of what she witnesses in India and longs to reach out to help those who find themselves in grueling situations. She could be any of us, and embodies many of the challenges and abuses women face navigating their daily lives. I wanted readers to identify with her, to recognize themselves in her as someone who shoulders responsibility, supports her family, and does whatever needs to be done - often without recognition. And some readers may even nod along as they read about issues Leslie has endured that they’ve experienced in their lives. She doesn’t possess superpowers or preternatural skills. She isn’t perfect, but she reaches deep and finds the strength and determination to help a little girl gravely in need of saving."

Jason:                                       "For your fans and book lovers, briefly describe Shadow of the Taj."

Lara:

"Leslie Matthews, an elementary school teacher, travels with her husband to India on a research trip. She has little to do and few for company. But everything changes during a visit to the zoo, where she witnesses a young girl forced into shameful and humiliating acts for money. Pained by her own dark memories, she follows the girl, hoping to help, and is soon drawn into a bitter world of abuse and systemic sexual slavery."

"Forced to confront the guilt and shame that surfaces from the abuse she suffered in her past, she resolves to rescue the girl from the brutal and sordid underworld, whatever the cost. In her fight to save another, she risks her safety, her marriage, and ultimately, her life."

Jason:                                             "For those who want to read your book, what is the easiest way to preorder Shadow of the Taj?"

Lara:

"Shadow of the Taj is available for preorder in eBook and print at Amazon and Barnes And Noble, and eBook at Kobo. Thank you!"

"A Leader That Builds You Up Towards Success" Trisha Palmieri. An Interview with Trisha Palmieri by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                  TRISHA PALMIERI

"Great Leaders don't need the title of a Great Leader.  They have this quality of trying to find the best in others.  If they see you almost have what it takes they will help you build your qualities until you are ready.  They serve others with great advice, motivation, and positive feedback.  They take a chance on you when everyone else looked the other way.  And if they stood next to someone that was a Leader with a high rank in status and no care for others while they were considered a Leader for their belief in helping you to succeed, when they both walked their separate ways from a crowd of people, the people will follow the one that cares.  Trisha Palmieri is one of those Great Leaders.  She is a Talent Development Professional that has your best interest in mind and wants to bring the best out of you.  She let us know what motivates her."

                                                                                                           Jason E. Foss

Jason:                                  "What motivates you the most about being a Talent Development Professional?"

Trisha:

"I am motivated by looking for innate qualities people demonstrate in their actions and work. Taking risks on people!  Looking for clues they give to support their capacity for more. Being able to provide a platform for them is the ultimate motivation to support their development. As leaders, it’s important to remember that someone took a chance on all of us at one point in our career. I like to pay that forward."

Jason:                                    "You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful. What do you feel is the best characteristic to have to be successful?"

Trisha:

"There are so many qualities that are weaved together to make up a successful person. If I were to think of what one action makes the difference? It is how you show up for your team when things aren’t going as planned or you are working through a challenging situation. These are moments of true leadership. People notice and respond to a leader who shows up for their people. Even when it isn't the popular thing to do or a tough decision needs to be made. Success is about earning respect through your actions."

Jason:                                     "Do you have any other Passion or Life Goals and if so what are they?"

Trisha:

"I think I have learned throughout my career and life that no matter what passion or goal I am going after, I have to be happy in the direction I am heading. Sometimes that may be making a different turn, rerouting, or venturing off in a new territory. Whatever direction, personal happiness has to be part of the equation."

Jason:                                     "For those that are inspired by you and would like to chase their dreams and achieve their Life Goals what advice would you give them that would help them to be successful?"

Trisha:

"Slow down, forget comparing, and everyone’s path is different. Have a plan and do things to work towards your dreams but, understand that happiness will be the ultimate measurement of your success. So much easier said than done. That is why it is good to have a mentor to remind you and keep you focused on your goals. :)"

Jason:                                      "You are very motivating. For those that would love to support you how can they do so and what is the best way for them to contact you?

"The Other Gloria" by L.A. Villafane. An Interview with Lori Villafane by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                L.A. VILLAFANE

"Great Authors always have something unique about them.  They don't want to give a Reader what's been done before.  They want to give them more.  Something different.  They want to tell that story that's never been told.  They don't compete with the other Great Authors instead they appreciate them.  They learn from them.  And because of this Authors continue to bring us amazing books.  For that I am grateful.  It doesn't matter what genre they love it is their Passion that pours from their words.  They connect to the main character and their story takes on a life of it's own.  And from there the Reader connects to their book.  It's a Beautiful thing when someone can open our eyes to a Book that stretches our imagination from beginning to end.  Lori Villafane is one of these Great Authors.  She let us know what motivates her."

                                                                                                 Jason E. Foss

Jason:                       "What motivated you to write "The Other Gloria"?"

Lori:

"I'm a hopeless psychological thriller fan.  I kept waiting for someone to write a novel with a protagonist I could really identify with.  When that novel never came, I decided to write it myself."

"Since this was my first book, I knew I was going to need help and advice.  I worked with talented authors, editors, and agents over a two-year span to bring "Gloria" to fruition."

"When I say, I was looking for a protagonist I could relate to, it's because I live with a condition called dissociative disorder.  I have seen books written on the subject, but never one that I could relate to, personally.  So, I guess you could say, that was my motivation."

Jason:                         "What characteristic of Gloria can you relate to the most and why?"

Lori:

"I relate to Gloria's journey, living with the traumas which lead to dissociative disorder and dealing with the challenges that go along with it, (the severe memory loss, confusion, deep regret, and having to find that other part of yourself--the one you never knew existed)."

Jason:                            "For fans and book lovers, briefly describe "The Other Gloria."

Lori:

"Gloria's story begins on one fateful night that will set her life on a collision course between her past and her future.  On that dark January night, Gloria finds herself ripped away from her beloved fiance, Rick, and flung into the arms of her dangerous ex-husband, Charles once more.  She discovers that to escape this time around with her life and the life of her two young daughters, she will have to meet the one she never wanted to meet, the one who harbors unspeakable secrets from Gloria's past--The Other Gloria.  For Gloria, it's a dangerous journey of self-discovery that she may not survive."

Jason:                              "Are you working on another book and if so what can you tell us about it?"

Lori:

"I am working on another novel in the same genre.  It's in the early stages right now, but as I seem to do, I have written the ending first.  After that, I allow the story to develop organically, and I'm usually as surprised at the finished product as anyone.  I think not knowing exactly where the story is going to go, adds to the pleasure of writing it."

Lori Villafane was motivated by the fact that she read books on her topic of interest before but not one that she could relate to.  That's one of my Favorite things about her.  I love when an Author realizes that the story they were waiting for never came and they decided to do it themselves.  I appreciate that so much because they are going to give us something original.  She is a psychological thriller fan so you know she is going to give us something with a twist.  She doesn't compete with other Authors.  Instead she works with them.  She also worked with Editors and Agents amd appreciates them.  When someone does things like that they are not writing for themselves.  They want the Reader to experience something special.  That type of energy brings great results and that's something we all can look forward to.  Click on the link above and buy "The Other Gloria".

"A Leader That Wants You To Succeed" Marianne Dabuit. An Interview with Marianne Dabuit by Jason E. Foss

                                                                                 MARIANNE DABUIT

"Great Leaders have the ability to get things done for others with the same urgency as if it were for themselves.  Even though they have goals and ambitions they always seem to find ways to help others to reach theirs.  They have a presence that generates positive energy to everyone around them.  It doesn't matter how much they give or contribute to their teams success they do it without wanting something in return.  Even if you don't believe you can achieve a task they make you feel like you can get it done.  And when someone has these types of qualities everyone that works with them has the chance to be successful.  One of these Great Leaders is Marianne Dabuit.  As an Administrative assistant she brings the best out of people.  She has so many talents yet she always shows a genuine interest in seeing the people around her succeed.  She let us know what motivates her."

                                                                                                            Jason E. Foss

Jason.                                         "What motivates you the most about being an Administrative Assistant for My Legal Crunch Lawyers?"

Marianne:

"What motivates me the most about being an Administrative Assistant for My Legal Crunch Lawyers are my bosses. My bosses are wonderful and great people. They always motivate me to excel in everything I do. They have trust in me, they give me a task that is something new to me, a task that I’ve never done before. They believe that I can deal with bigger responsibilities and they always make me feel appreciated and I’ve never felt intimidated. I feel that I matter and that I truly belong to the team. They support me all the way and they want me to continue learning."

Jason:                                            "You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful. What do you feel is the best characteristic to have in order to be successful?"

Marianne:

"In my perspective as a Virtual Worker/Remote Worker, integrity is one of the characteristics that we need to exercise, we need to do things with all honesty with or without someone watching us, next is be hungry for new learnings and skills; if you stop learning you’ll die and lastly, be humble, always think that you know nothing and stay open to enriching your knowledge and skills"

Jason:                                               "Do you have any other Passion or Life Goals and if so, what are they?"

Marianne:

"I always wanted to help other people so, in my own little way, I try to do so by helping other people who would like to start an online freelancing career by sharing ideas and teaching skills to help them get started."

Jason:                                                 "For those that are inspired by you and would like to chase their dreams and achieve their Life Goals what advice would you give them that would help them to be successful?"

Marianne:

"Never control things beyond your ability and find another way to get your plans to go the way you wanted instead. If you try, make sure that you are ready all the way to accept and face the consequences."

Jason:                                                     "You are very motivating. For those that would love to support you how can they do so and what is the best way for them to contact you?"

Marianne:

"I do prefer referrals to expand my freelancing network. Having opportunities to get more clients would equal to helping other people too. I could also recommend them for the job for them to experience the work and life balance I am enjoying right now especially those moms who don’t want to miss a special moment/event for their kids, moms who want to maintain a professional career while watching their children grow. A referral would mean a lot to me. They can contact me on my email address: iannedeveradabuit@gmail.com or they can call me directly at +63 9651655461.

                                                                                                     CLOSING

"Marianne Dubuit is motivated by her bosses.  Working for people that believe in you is a huge advantage in any business.  My favorite thing about Marianne is her selfless attitude.  She genuinely wants to see other people succeed.  She doesn't take advantage of the fact that her bosses trust her with any task.  She not only appreciates their trust in her but she also goes above and beyond to get things done.  She teaches us that integrity is important in becoming successful.  Never believe you know everything and always be willing to learn.  Being humble no matter how much people praise your work ethic.  These are amazing tips from someone who genuinely wants to see you succeed.  If you would like to benefit from Marianne's services email or call her directly and join her freelancing network.  Her Clients speak highly of her and she will always give you her best."

"The Magic Touch for Marketing at Cloud10" Jennifer Lane. An Interview with Jennifer Lane by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                     JENNIFER LANE

"Great Leaders have so many unique qualities that they always seem to stand out.  They don't have time to seek recognition for their accomplishments because they are too busy figuring out ways to make their team better.  They have an energy that is contagious and their smile makes it hard for people to have a bad day around them.  Even though they like to have fun they always seem to show up with their A-Game and an extreme focus.  One of these Great Leaders is Marketing Director Jennifer Lane.  Her creativity and her ideas keep her team motivated.  She lets us know what motivates her."

                                                                                                  Jason E. Foss

Jason:                                   "What motivated you to become a Marketing Director?"

Jennifer:

"I was at DattoCon, (a tech conference) for Cloud 10 Infotech, and I had no experience in technology or in IT.  I was sitting in a workshop about Marketing and I got excited.  I realized Marketing lights me up.  I had limited experience in Marketing for Welk Resorts where I was very successful, but it wasn’t traditional Marketing, it was closer to Sales. I began studying digital Marketing, hoping to transfer to another position with Welk. Unfortunately, there were some challenges and that just didn’t work out. I’d been working for Cloud 10 part-time as an Executive Assistant for many years. Cloud 10 was a very small company consisting of two Techs and myself. My job was mainly to keep the techs motivated because they eventually wanted to grow their business. I had been thinking about how to make Cloud 10 stand out from the other IT companies in San Diego. I asked myself, “How do I make IT sexy?” Because that’s what good marketers do, they take a product or service and make it sexy. I love to cook and bake, so I wondered what about marketing ourselves as a “luxury” IT company by offering cookies to all our new clients and some of our prospects."

Jason:                                   "What do you feel is the best quality to have to be successful at what you do?"

Jennifer

"In marketing as with any position, ongoing learning is key. In addition to continuous study in digital marketing which evolves at a rapid pace, I’ve taken a couple of classes in Photoshop, Illustrator and have even learned some IT concepts. Since I create all of Cloud 10’s marketing campaigns from start to finish, knowing these skills is an asset. My creativity and the drive to learn are certainly the most important traits that contribute to the success of Cloud 10 as well as my own personal success."

Jason:                                     "What would you say to those that admire how hard you work and want to be successful like you?"

Jennifer:

"Create a unique atmosphere, put your personality into what you do, make sure your work reflects who you are rather than just going through the motions doing something you force yourself to do. Always think positive and stay motivated even on days when you feel like you’re not accomplishing as much as you want to. This may sound silly, but I also create motivational meetings. I learned that on the sales floor when I worked for Welk. Every day there was a short meeting for all employees, and I’ve brought that to Cloud 10, although our “jazzy meeting” is only once a week in the morning usually on Thursdays. Cloud 10 does have a meeting every day after work over beer. We like to have fun. Fun is an essential element of the culture at Cloud 10 and inborn in my personality."

Jason:                                    "Apart from being a Marketing Director do you have any other Passions or Life Goals that you enjoy?"

Jennifer:

"I love to cook. Part of my job is to cook lunch for Cloud 10 and I’m so fortunate I get to put my passion for cooking and baking into my role at Cloud 10 by baking cookies for new clients and prospects. I also love animals, travel, and art."

Jason:                                     "For those people that read this and are inspired by your Leadership qualities, great personality, and incredible work ethic, is there any way they can support you or stay in contact with you?"

Jennifer:

"Absolutely. We have a Referral Program where anyone can refer us to a client, and they receive a 20% commission when the client signs a contract with us. The client also receives cookies of course! And if the person who refers them is local, they can receive cookies too! I can always be reached on LinkedIn, Facebook, and through our website at Cloud10Infotech.com."

"Jennifer Lane was motivated by a Marketing workshop.  One of my favorite things about this Great Leader is that when she found out Marketing excited her she seized the moment.  She didn't continue the path she was headed.  Instead she looked for new opportunities and chose a different path that she was Passionate about.   Now she is a very successful Marketing Director.  I personally believe her idea of giving cookies is brilliant.  It made me want to know more about her and her company.  Jennifer Lane teaches us that we can all become successful.  It takes creativity and the willingness to want to keep learning.  She also loves to cook and it was incorporated into her position at Cloud 10.  So don't stop looking for what you're Passionate about until you find it.  And when you do that will be the start of your path toward success.  Click on the Instagram link above and connect with Jennifer Lane.  If you know of any potential clients reach out to her and take advantage of their 20% referral commission. "The End Of Echoes" by Dawn Hosmer. An Interview with Dawn Hosmer by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                    DAWN HOSMER

"Great Authors have this amazing ability to turn a sentence into the beginning of a great story.  Each sentence connecting the Reader to the next like a beautiful bridge of thoughts.  Each chapter just as important as the one before.  These Authors leave the Reader mesmerized at how focused they are on the story.  So much that they become oblivious to the world around them.  When books cause you to lose track of time you know you picked up the right one.  And when Authors keep your attention time and time again you found someone special.  Their main characters become one of your favorites.  Their Passion for writing matches your Passion for reading their work.  Dawn Hosmer is one of those Great Authors.  She let us know what motivates her."

                                                                                                     Jason E. Foss

Jason:                                            "What motivated you to write "The End Of Echoes"?"

Dawn:

"I experienced the loss of someone close to me when I was young which was part of the inspiration for The End of Echoes. I also spent my career in social work and witnessed first-hand the tragic effects of domestic violence, drug & alcohol addiction, and unresolved grief. All of these factors inspired this book. I’ve always been intrigued by how one event can have such different effects on people involved which is why I told this story from multiple points of view."

Jason:                                             "Which characteristic of Ruby can you relate to the most and why?"

Dawn:

"The characteristic I can relate to the most with Ruby is her love for her children. She doesn’t make the best decisions or ones I would necessarily agree with but there is no doubt she loves her children more than herself."

Jason:                                             "For your fans and book lovers briefly describe "The End Of Echoes"."

Dawn:

"Two families, forever linked by tragedy."

"Ruby Dunkin is in an abusive marriage. Her best efforts aren't enough to shield her two children from an abusive father whose cruelty knows no bounds. Their volatile situation ends in tragedy when Ruby's eldest son, Billy is torn away from everything he loves. Consumed by hatred and self-loathing Billy becomes the thing he hates the most—his father."

"Chelsea Wyatt, a senior in high school, goes missing after work one night, never to return. Her parents are devastated, only knowing this kind of tragedy from the news. Crimes like this are unheard of in their quiet, midwestern town. Consumed by the tragic fate of their friend, family member and neighbor, their lives and futures are forever altered."

"For over eighteen years, no one knows the connection between Ruby Dunkin and Chelsea Wyatt. A journey through time reveals the common thread stitching their heartbreak together. Yesterday echoes throughout each character's life as they decide how, and if, they will break the chains of the past."

"Will they continue to leave a legacy of pain and loss for future generations? Will they break the cycles of abuse that have destroyed so many lives?"

Jason:                                                "Are you working on another book and if so what can you tell us about it?"

Dawn:

"I have completed the first draft of my next book. It is a thriller/suspense that I’m really excited about. It has a unique premise and was so much fun to write. I’ll be able to share more details soon. I have extensive re-writes to do which is what I’ll be tackling next."

Jason:                                                 "For those that want to read your book what is the easiest way to buy "The End Of Echoes"?"

Dawn:

"The End of Echoes is available on Amazon in paperback and kindle. Here’s the link.":

"I am so excited to announce that I am currently working with Marnye Young, the Audio Sorceress, to create the audiobook of The End of Echoes. I don’t have a release date yet but I cannot wait for readers to be able to experience Marnye bringing the characters and book to life."

"Four Chords" by Maddie Corinne. Interview with Maddie Corinne by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                         MADDIE

"Great Artists have a gift of touching you with their voice.  Their words connect to you.  Sometimes it feels like time stops and you can almost feel like you understand them.  Their Pain.  Their Happiness.  Their feelings when they wrote that song.  Sometimes in life there could be a lot going on to the point that you don't get the chance to appreciate the little things.  But every now and then a great somg comes on that makes you take a step back and appreciate the moment.  Maddie is one of these Great Artists.  She let us know what motivates her."

                                                                                                        Jason E. Foss

Jason:                                              "What motivated you to write "Four Chords"?

Maddie:

"“Four Chords” was something that happened after 3 or 4 years of being inspired and working on my songwriting. I had these five songs, and I looked at them once they were all finished and realized that they told a story. I felt that they started and ended together, and that was what inspired me to work on my EP. It was all very spur-of-the-moment, and Four Chords created itself just as much as I created it."

Jason:                          "Do you have a favorite song of yours or one that means the most to you and if so why?"

Maddie:

"Blue Front Door and Home are both very important songs to me, and that is why they are the bookends of Four Chords. Blue Front Door was my first song to ever play for other people, and the song that sort of kick started the process of recording an EP. Home is about the amazing support system I have in my life, and it reminds me to find comfort in my songwriting. I’m so happy those two songs are the beginning and the end of Four Chords!"

"Probably when my EP was released, so many amazing people reached out to tell me how much they enjoyed it. I wasn’t expecting it at all, and it’s still so amazing and surreal to hear. I still have a long way to go, but I am so thankful for the friends and family who have supported me through it all."

Jason:                         "What advice would you give to someone that is inspired by you and would love to make their dreams come true?"

Maddie:

"Don’t listen to those nasty voices in your head! Art is hard, and you are your own worst critic. I say all of this, but do I take my own advice? No. But even with those nasty voices, I keep writing. I keep singing. Because I would be too sad if I didn’t. So just keep going. Write good things, bad things, all the things! Eventually it will become a song. At least it has for me."

Jason:                         "For your fans and music lovers what is the easiest way they can buy "Four Chords"?"

Maddie:

"My ep “Four Chords” is available for purchase on iTunes, and is also available on Apple Music, Spotify, and anywhere else music is sold/streamed. My name is Maddie Corinne, and you can find me on Instagram under @/maddiecorinnemusic"

                                                                                     CLOSING

"Maddie was motivated by 3 or 4 years of songwriting.  I like how she said that the five songs told a story.  Each one connected to each other in it's own unique way.  Like chapters in a book that leaves the Reader engaged her EP "Four Chords" does the same.  In "Blue Front Door" I felt as if Maddie lets you into a moment in her life.  She paints a beautiful picture with her words.  She makes great music.  She has the gift of making you feel something.  No matter how many sad songs or how many times you miss someone her EP tells a story.  That at the end of her songs you will feel that you found Home.  Whetever is important to you in your life Maddie's music knows how to open your mind and your heart to good vibes with her beautiful voice and words that make you appreciate good music.  Go to iTunes, Spotify, or anywhere you like to download music and buy "Four Chords" by Maddie Corinne."

                                                                                   KIMBERLY HUNT

"Great Authors write with Passion and Drive.  They believe in their story and their books reflect that.  While there are Great Authors that believe in their work it feels good to know there are Great Editors that believe in the Author.  Kimberly Hunt is one of these Great Editors.  What I like most about her is she is not a Writer.  She is 100% Editor so that book you care about is her Priority.  She doesn't rush your project.  She is not preoccupied by her own stories.  She is only focused on yours.  She lets us know what motivates her."

Jason:                                          "What motivated you to become an Editor?"

Kimberly:

"I’ve always loved reading and had a natural talent for spotting errors. For years I followed the path dictated by others until I discovered the freedom of freelance work. I started out copyediting and quickly found my true passion in developmental editing. Helping authors improve their story is rewarding to me."

"When editing, you have my complete focus. And afterwards, your book is special to me. I buy it, promote it and support you."

Jason:                                       "I love this message that you are sending to your many satisfied clients. What is one of the nicest compliments you received from a client?"

Kimberly"

"This is so hard to answer as I’ve had such wonderful feedback from all my clients. Some of my favorite compliments are":

“Just going through the edits and so far I am accepting 100%. Loving it. You are awesome.”“Faster than expected with great communication, Revision Division respected the authors' direction and found dozens of issues I overlooked.”“Kimberly Hunt is the best! She did a developmental edit for me on my YA novel. Her suggestions were insightful, and I implemented almost every change she recommended. Her feedback was both honest and positive, and she gave me ideas that I had never considered.  She is professional, thorough and efficient.”

Jason:                                       "For Authors interested in your Services briefly describe what you do."

Kimberly:

"Let me explain from the beginning, with the type of editing that comes first in the process—Developmental Editing. This also happens to be my favorite service! I provide solutions to pace, plot, character development and point of view problems via edits in manuscript as well as a revision summary of most important areas to address. This usually occurs after the author's first draft, after they've self-edited, and revised based on beta reader feedback. I also provide beta reading during slow periods for a ridiculously low price. After developmental revisions are complete, I take on copyediting projects to correct spelling, grammar, usage, capitalization, punctuation, and suggest changes for consistency and repetition issues. Finally, Revision Division provides proofreading to check for typographical errors with the goal of making as few changes as possible after formatting."

Jason:                                         "Your schedule seems to fill up pretty quickly.  What is the one thing about you and your Services that separates you from a lot of other Editors?"

Kimberly:

"I'm not sure there is just one thing. I think the fact that I'm not a writer, but instead a professional editor fully focused on continually improving editing skills through training and experience may distinguish me from all the writer/editors. Also, at this point in my career, I only take on work that I'm passionate about because I value the enjoyment over the paycheck."

Jason:                                           "For All The Authors that would love to work with you what is the easiest way to hire you as their Editor so they can take advantage of your Services?"
