"Coach Mark Rodriguez, a Great Leader making a Difference."

                  COACH MARK RODRIGUEZ
                  a.k.a  "THE LIGHT SHOW"

"Great Leaders are all different and unique in their own way.  There is one thing that they definitely do have in common.  That is their passion and ability to make a difference.  The impact they make is beyond words.  Growing up as a kid there were basketball players that I knew that can shoot.  One of the best jump shooters I've ever seen was Mark "The Light Show" Rodriguez.  We would be playing in the park.  It didn't matter who guarded him.  He laughed and joked around and he would shoot anyone's lights out.  Now he is a Coach and is making a huge difference in the community.  His team works well together and they gel.  Coach Mark Rodriguez let us know what motivates him"

                                      Jason E. Foss

Jason:             "What motivates you the most about being a Basketball Coach?"

Mark:

"I wanted to help kids out in the neighborhood.  I knew a lot of them didn't have a lot of things.  I really wanted to be a Basketball Coach.  Along the way I became a Mentor and a Father Figure towards them too.

Jason:             "You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful. What do you feel is the best characteristic to have in order to be successful?"

Mark:

"There's a lot of things that it takes to be successful.  A great personality and a positive attitude.  Personality has to be the top priority.  You have kids from a lot of different backgrounds.  Not every kid can be coached the same."

Jason:               "Do you have any other Passion or Life Goals and if so what are they?"

Mark:

"Taking care of my Family is my Passion.  I've always wanted to Coach.  I also would like to Coach on the College Level.  Making sure my family is taking care of will always be a Passion of mine."

Jason:                "For those that are inspired by you and would like to chase their dreams and achieve their Life Goals what advice would you give them that would help them to be successful?"

Mark:

"If this is what you want to do you can't just go halfway.  You have to give 110%.  There's a lot that comes with this.  This is more than just Basketball."

Jason:                "You are very motivating. For those that would love to support you how can they do so and what is the best way for them to contact you?"

Mark:

"As a Coach of St. Raymond's High school there are ways you can support us.  You can come to our games.  You can reach me on my Instagram or my Facebook page."

"A Great Leader That's Making A Difference." An Interview with Staci Radican by Jason E. Foss

                             STACI RADICAN

"Great Leaders don't always follow someone else's path. They make their own. Their desire to grow is not a stage in their life. It's not even a phase they are going through. It's who they are. They are committed to making themselves better. And most importantly, they are committed to their Team. They teach their team that obstacles are not a road block. It's simply a challenge that they will get through together. Staci Radican is one of these great leaders. She let us know what motivates her."

                                            Jason E. Foss

Jason:             “What motivated you to become an Organizational Leader?”

Staci:

“My first job as an organizational leader was not a result of intention, but rather a passion to help the customer and a desire to demonstrate my capabilities to Management.  Those traits combined with leaders who fostered a learning environment by honest, open and respectful communication fueled my sales performance. My initiative to learn and the subsequent request of additional responsibilities resulted in a promotion to Assistant Manager within three months of my being hired.”

“Ten months later, a move to the  Midwest  brought about my second assistant manager position with a much larger clothing retailer.  At the onset of this job, my thought was that working for a bigger company would offer greater opportunities to achieve success in an industry in which I was becoming fascinated.  However, the actuality was not as I had hoped.”

“I felt the leaders in this organization fostered a hostile work environment which led to poor customer service, poor productivity and massive employee turnover. Having the opportunity to observe upper managements’ communication style and what I perceived as lack of clarity and vision led me to second guess my dream of becoming a leader in this industry. It also caused me to find another job. My manager’s terse, negative response to my notice became the turning point to my becoming an intentional organizational leader.”

“Although my experience with this company wasn’t what I expected, I learned much about employee and customer relations and the need to build committed teams.

In my following job, I would become a store manager within 2 years and subsequently recruited by a larger chain with higher volume sales.  The opportunity to work with leaders who promoted learning, intensive training, honest, open respectful
communication and  accountability not only fueled my motivation but, shaped my leadership skills and earned me a promotion to the Training Manager for our Region.
Within three years I was again promoted to the position of District Manager
supervising up to 16 stores in multiple cities and states.”

Jason:                       “One of my favorite things about you is your selfless ways.  You help others and don't speak of it.  When I reached out you were volunteering for the Frontline Foundation making Tuna Salad for the Homeless.”

Staci:

“Thank you.....I believe volunteerism is a wonderful way of giving back to the community.”

Jason: “What do you feel is the most important characteristic for a Leader to have?”

Staci:

“I believe integrity and strong moral convictions are the most important characteristics a leader can possess.”

Jason:                     “You are an inspiration to a lot of people.  What advice would you give to someone that is chasing their dreams and trying to be successful?”

Staci:

“My recommendation is to find employment with companies that foster a learning environment while having a solid framework of standards and rules by which to gauge performance.  Additionally, a platform to raise the benchmark with an array of incentives should be offered.”

“It’s also important for an individual to use a style of leadership that helps identify areas of opportunities for personal growth.  Understanding and identifying personality traits and leadership styles teach the necessity of exercising “situational” abilities which leads to competent, confidant, motivated individuals.  These people develop the ability to deliver brand excellence without constant a managerial presence.”

“I want to support this by mentioning the countless awards my teams received in retail and education. They achieved awards for top sales performance, best loss prevention, and brand excellence presentation. They were recognized for maintaining budget and cost performance. My teams were often selected to be a part of company change roll-outs and to assist in the development and implementation of new training tools and brand expectation standards.”

Jason:               “What is your favorite thing about being an Organizational Leader?”

Staci:

“My favorite part of being an organizational leader was learning that the skills I acquired and now teach are actually life skills which can be implemented in every area of an individual’s life.  My acquired skills led to my gaining the courage to live abroad and thrive in a foreign culture.”

“I would later use these same skills to gain employment as the Director/Organizational Leader in the educational system where I had the honor and privilege to positively impact numerous students and their families.”

                                    CLOSING

“Staci Radican was motivated by her passion to help the customer and her desire to demonstrate her capabilities to Management. When she worked in a hostile work environment she moved on. She knows her worth. She knows what she wants. She also inspires us to never settle. I love the way she takes pride in her team's success and she thrives off of making people better. Staci Radican is a great leader that doesn't just see her team as a whole but she finds strength in each Individual and puts them in a position to be successful."

"If you are on track with your mission you are successful." - Zhila Casas. An Interview with Zhila Casas by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                       ZHILA CASAS

"Great Leaders are open minded and love to learn. They succeed not because they are all about themselves but they are Passionate about helping others. And ironically by their determination in helping others to succeed, they Succeed. Set a goal for your life and go after it with all your heart. Do what you can to help anyone along the way . Zhila Casas is one of these Great Leaders. She lets us know what motivates her."

                                                                                                   Jason E. Foss

Jason:                           "What motivated you to become a District Sales Manager?"

Zhila:

"I fell into Retail by accident. I wanted to be a Physician but I had a hard time with certian smells. While at university I began working at a retail store and I loved it. I was promoted rapidly and began my journey with so many different companies. I was able to sell anything from Clothing, Furniture, to Health and Wellness. I'm able to Identify with what people need. I enjoy helping people to live their best life.

"Being a Physician is about helping others. Retail is the same. Helping others is in my DNA. Who can I help along the way? Who can I bring along with me? That's why I grew as a Manager!"

"I want to influence everyone around me in a profound way so those who benefit would pay it forward and help another. The sales associate who becomes a leader one day would do the same for another person. You know we are are linked like a chain so what you do will never go without some kind of coming full circle. It’s the law of cause and effect.

Jason:                         "What do you feel is the best quality to have to be successful at what you do?"

Zhila:

"You have to have a good attitude and look at everything with a childlike curiosity. We all know the one person who acts like they know it all, and we know how we feel about such a person . You can do anything with a growth mindset. Close yourself to learning and you die.

"If you don't have a good attitude you won't be successful.  Even if you attain some success you will eventually lose it.  Because if you have a bad attitude no one will want to work with you."

"Hold yourself accountable and you will get your Dream."

Jason:                        "What would you say to those that admire how hard you work and want to be successful like you?"

Zhila:

"You have to have a vision for your life.  You have to know exactly what you want to do.  You have to be able to listen to feedback.  Learn from people you admire.  Learn from other people's mistakes so you make less mistakes of your own.  Learn from their advice.

"Books are important too.  Books that feed your mind and soul.  Find the right questions to ask yourself then seek the answers to them.  You have to have a Big Why!  Why are you here?  What do you want?  Things don't happen by accident.  You have to work for it.  There was a time when I wrote to myself things I would achieve in 5 years.  I checked years later and almost cried because I accomplished every single one of them."

"What is your mission?  Be very Intentional and very clear about what you want.  Your subconscious goes to work because your intentions are so specific."

"You have to give to recieve.  Money doesn't bring Happiness.  Love is important.  If you're happy you can love better."

Jason:                         "Do you have any other Passions or Life Goals that you enjoy?"

Zhila:

"Dancing.  I love Ballroom dancing!  It puts you in such good spirits.  It brings such great joy.  The three main things I connect with are being Healthy, Successful, and Happy.  Dancing gives me complete joy and bliss.

Jason:                         "For those people that read this and are inspired by your Leadership qualities, great personality, and incredible work ethic, is there any way they can support you or stay in contact with you?"

Zhila:

"You can connect with me on Linkedin.  I'm well connected with so many different people.  Pray for me.  Pray for my Health.  I start each day with gratefulness.  And remember, if everyone is on their mission, everyone can be successful."

"Chinglish" by Sue Pickford. An Interview with Sue Pickford by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                    SUE PICKFORD

"Great Authors have a way of touching our lives.  Whether it is for entertainment purposes, a break from work, or to feel inspired, they have what it takes to give us what you need.  You want action, a Thriller, horror, drama, or any other kind of genre there are names of Authors that stand out and bring words to Life.  There are also moments when you want to feel connected to someone.  Or inspired.  Just like every other kind of book, a story where an Author shares a bit of themselves to help others takes a special kind of writer.  Sue Pickford is one of these Great Authors.  She let us know what motivates her."

                                                                                                      Jason E. Foss

Jason:                                       "What motivated you to write 'Chinglish'?"

Sue:

"It was during a visit to my agent in November 2015 when he asked about my childhood. Weird, I thought. Why would he want to know about that? I proceeded to tell him how hard done by I was having been dragged up in a Chinese takeaway in my early teens. ‘I hated it,’ I moaned, ‘they were the worst years of my life.’ And he responded by saying, ‘Then you should write about it!’ I thought it was the worst idea ever. I’d spent the best part of my life hiding my shameful past and now I was being asked to dig it up for all the world to see. But eventually after realizing the book could help others, I agreed."

Jason:                                          "You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful.  What do you feel is the best characteristic to have in order to be successful?"

Sue:

"Wow, this is a hard question - I think there's many characteristics but if I had to pick just one then I'd say you'd have to be positively driven."

Jason:                                             "Do you have any other passion or life goals and if so what are they?"

Sue:

"I love travelling, scuba diving and I also enjoy yoga. But my main goal is to use my skills, experience and knowledge as a writer and artist to enrich and empower the lives of others."

Jason:                                               "For those that are inspired by you and would like to chase their dreams and achieve their Life Goals what advice would you give them that would help them to be successful?"

Sue:

"Oh my gosh, there's so much we can do for ourselves but I'll give you a list of the things that have helped me the most":

•Meditation - this is the single best tool for creating focus in your life

•Self-development - there's a lot of great authors/speakers out there from the pragmatic (Gary Vaynerchuck) to the spiritual (Wayne Dyer) but they all give great advice

• Exercise and nutrition - a lot of people overlook these but they're so important because when you feel at your best, you function at your best.

Jason:                                                  " You are very motivating.  For your fans and book lovers what is the easiest way to buy 'Chinglish'?"

Sue:

"Chinglish is easily available online and in most bookshops including independents."

                              CLOSING

"Sue Pickford was motivated by her Agent in 2015.  When her Agent told her to write about her childhood it caught her by surprise.  One of my favorite things about Sue is even though she was ashamed of her past and hid it for so long, she wrote about it anyway!  She saw that it would help others and she wrote a book that was bigger than herself.  Her bravery and selflessness is very inspiring.  She teaches us that in life we are all capable of getting out of our comfort zone.  And if we are determined and motivated enough we can accomplish wonders.  Click on the link above and buy "Chinglish"."

"Some Days, Here" by Tricia DeJesus Gutierrez. An Interview with Tricia De Jesus Gutierrez by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                          TRICIA DE JESUS GUTIERREZ

"Great Poets have a way of connecting to people.  Their words create different emotions that the Reader will always remember. They can tie it to themselves with their own life experiences.  And when they are done reading some of their works they say to themselves, "Me Too.  I feel like I can relate to this Poet".  Tricia De Jesus Gutierrez is one of these Great Poets.  She is so full of Color.  She's so full of Life.  Her positive energy is beyond her Poems.  Poetry is something that can make you Feel again even when you thought you never would.  She let us know what motivates her."

                                                                                                    Jason E. Foss

Jason:                             "What motivated you to write "Some Days, Here?""

Tricia:

"“Some Days, Here” was in a certain way a culmination point of almost fifteen years of actively writing poetry as a way of recording my life’s events, my experiences, what I had learned from these experiences. When I had the opportunity to read back and begin to catalogue these poems, common themes begin to emerge, like childhood memories and growing pains, and love and loss. It was like a lightbulb popping and an almost audible “yes!” within my head. The time to collect and publish this body of work had arrived. An epiphany? Maybe, but more akin to a truth that these experiences I wrote, they are universal, shared by us all, timeless. It brings us closer in this increasingly impersonal world."

Jason:                            "You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful.  What do you feel is the best characteristic to have in order to be successful?"

Tricia:

"Success is constant, fearless and honest doing. As long as you always possess and hold yourself accountable to that honesty, you are successful."

Jason:                             "You are a very talented Poet.  What is the name of your Favorite poem you ever wrote and why does it mean so much to you?"

Tricia:

"Oh, wow, I’m going to have to delve hard for that one!  We, as creatives, can be the biggest critics of our own work, so the crafting and editing may be never ending, and we are hard pressed to pick a favourite. I can tell you which poem perhaps that I feel the deepest; it is a poem titled “Teach me How to Come Up for Air (imperfect thoughts in the throes of grieving)”—I wrote it about a month after the passing of my beloved dog, Marbles. It was...a lesson, an ongoing lesson in the messiness of the mourning process, on life in general, how we process our grief, how we move on, how we perceive and extract strength and meaning from the situations with which we are presented."

Jason:                               "Are you working on another book and if so what can you tell us about it?"

Tricia:

"I am tinkering around with another collection of poems. It is siphoning my life now through a more mature lens, how it relates to what women are facing today, how recent occurrence, personal and more global, colour this perception and what I take away from it."

Jason:                            "You are very motivating.  For those that would love to read your book what is the best way for them to buy "Some Days, Here"?"

Tricia De Jesus Gutierrez was motivated by that moment when she realized that she has enough Poetry to publish and share it with the world.  My favorite thing about Tricia is her openness to others.  She has a giving nature about herself that reflects in her Poetry.  Her creativity reflects that and because she is so relatable in her poems she is able to touch us with her words.  We can all learn from eachother.  And it was nice getting advice from her to stay honest and hold yourself accountable you will be successful.  She describes Success as being constant.  Also it is important to be Fearless.  To find what you want to succeed at it and keep going for it until you achieve your dream.  Because once you stop the momentum slows down.  So be Fearless in your actions when it comes to getting to where you want to be in Life.  And one day, if you haven't gotten there already, you will look around and say to yourself, "Wow, I made it."  Click on the Link above and buy "Some Days, Here"."

"Without You" Elise Bellew. An Interview with Elise Bellew by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                    ELISE BELLEW

                                                                                  "WITHOUT YOU"

"A couple was fighting at a restaurant because the BoyFriend was late again.  He works a ton of hours and he has a major flaw.  He is always late.  At work.  You name it he waits the last minute all the time.  This time he got up an hour early and he wanted to surprise his girl.  Long story short he shows up at the Restaurant 30 minutes Late.  Out of embarrassment of waiting so long yet again she was fed up.  He shows up with Flowers and she slams a white Napkin on the table and said "Not this time!  I'm taking the Train Home!"  On the Train Ride Home she sees one of her Girlfriends and starts to vent, crying.  Her girlfriend said.  "Wait.  Your last boyfriend was a jerk.  Your new boyfriend didn't cheat, he has a car, a good job, and you stormed off because he is always late!  Girl, you don't know how good you have it.  I'll take a good man that is late over a jerk anytime!"  The rest of her train ride home she was miserable.  She felt like she made a mistake and doesn't know how to fix it.  As soon as she left the Train there he was.  Her boyfriend with the same Flowers.  He smiles at her and says, "You know nothing is fun without you.  Im sorry, but I'm on time this time, get in!"  She smiles and just like that he was on time eversince.  On their way home Elise Bellew's song "Without You" comes on and it's their song now.  Great Singers like Elise Bellew keep people's love alive and creates beautiful memories.  She let us know what motivates her."

                                                                                                                   Jason E. Foss

Jason:                                 What motivated you to write "Without You"

Elise:

"I never really “intentionally” set out to write a song – for me, it begins with a more subconscious process. Especially in the last three years, I write almost all of my songs in my sleep – sometimes just the melodies, and other times both the melodies and the lyrics. For “Without You”, I woke up with just the vocal melody in my head, and then developed the lyrics over time. In general, the song is about finally letting go of an old relationship, and embracing a new one. So it’s really a love song, but also a song about letting go of the past and moving forward."

Jason:                                  "You have 33 or more songs out and they are all very amazing songs.  What is it about "Without You" that means so much to you?"

Elise:

"Without You marks an important time in my life where I had finally let go of a past relationship that was haunting me and holding me back. So Without You is somewhat of a “declaration of independence”."

"Also, when I wrote the song initially, I thought it was going to be a ballad. But when I presented the song to my producer Bryan Steele, he immediately put a dance beat to it. So the song ended up becoming my first-ever EDM song, although I like calling it “Ethereal EDM”."

Jason:                                  "As a Singer/Songwriter which is more fun to you?  Writing the songs, recording the songs, or performing the songs, and why?"

Elise:

"Oh my gosh, that’s such a hard question because I really love all three!"

"There is definitely a “magic” that happens during the songwriting process… When I write a song, I feel like it comes to me from a mysterious place. Like the song already exists and I am just “receiving” it. I can be sound asleep at 3 am and a song will literally wake me up – melody, lyrics, music, everything! I have to scramble to sing it into my phone fast enough before I forget the parts. I remember an amazing quote by Bono of U2 about the songwriting process with his band. He described it as if “God walked into the room”."

Jason:                                   "So far as a Music Artist what was one of your biggest compliments from a fan?"

Elise:

"For me, the biggest compliments from fans are the ones where they say a song touched them or helped them in some deep and meaningful way – that the lyrics “spoke” to them and helped them through a hard time, or made them feel not so alone."

Jason:                                    "For your Fans and Music Lovers, what is the best Link for them to buy your new Single "Without You"?"

Elise:

"“Without You” is available on all digital platforms, but here are some links below to the most popular ones including Spotify, Apple Music, Google Play, and iTunes."

"Prioritize, Set a Timeline, and go for it!" -Zalime Diaz. An Interview with Zalime Diaz by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                     ZALIME DIAZ

"Great Leaders defy the odds.  It doesn't matter the situation they are in.  There is something inside of them that not only gets them through it but they flourish.  They take control of their environment.  They adapt.  They lock in on their goals and there is nothing that will stand in their way.  Failure is not even a thought.  Only what do I have to do to get to where I want to go.  Zalime Diaz is one of these Great Leaders.  She let us know what motivates her."

Jason:                                "What motivates you as the Store Manager at Brooks Brothers?

Zalime:

"Three years ago Brooks Brothers reached out to me on Linkedin.  I'm motivated by the fact that I can be a huge part of someone's life.  Whether it is for a wedding or any type of special event I'm making a difference in their life.

"I was into retail ever since I was a little girl.  My mom and I would go in downtown Manhattan to purchase clothing in bulk and resell it.  That sparked up a partnership between my mother and some investors in Queens, NY.  And that's how I developed a Passion for Retail"

"At 18 I worked at AutoZone.  Even though I was the only Female I was promoted very quickly.  It wasn't the greatest environment to work in being around so many angry men.  I was young and everyone doubted me.  I had to prove myself that I deserved the Title of Manager and I did.

Jason:                               "You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful.  What do you feel is the best characteristic to have in order to be successful.

Zalime:

"Success is different for every person.  It can be lots of money, happiness, or more time with family.  For me success is the amount of connections I built over the years.  Being heavily involved  in people's lives is important to me.  Yes, we are Professionals.  We work together forty hours a week.  But we feel like we're Family.  It's a competitive environment but we support eachother.  We make sure we're all okay.

"For me, it's all about giving back to the community and the Relationships I have gained throughout the years.  Outside of the job I like to be involved in charities.  I raised money for Wounded Warriors.  We also raise money for Red Cross.  Even this weekend we did the St. Jude walk.  I'll be doing Pride for Orlando to show support.

Jason:                             "Do you have any other Passions or Life Goals and if so what are they?

Zalime:

"I am embarking on a new journey.  I am working for a Credit Repair Business and helping people to get back on their feet.  I would love to be the  Ambassador of a Company.  I also love to Model.  I am currently competing for the Cover of MAXIM Magazine."

Jason:                            "For those that are inspired by you and would like to chase their dreams and achieve their Life Goals what advice would you give them that would help them to be successful?"

Zalime:

"Identify what your goals are.  Create a list of the goals they want to accomplish.  Prioritize.  Set a Timeline.  Then go after it.  Don't stop!  Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do it or that you're not good enough.  You're going to have setbacks.  You're going to lose Friends.  There's nothing worse than not going for your dreams.

"Recently I was competing to be on the Cover of MAXIM Magazine. I had Professional photos done of myself wearing bathing suits, and other types of photos.  The current Company I worked for disapproved of some of photos because the photos didn't uphold the Company Brand's Image.  I had to choose between upholding the Company's Image or chasing my Dreams.  I chose to chase my Dreams.  I had to disassociate myself with the Company, Colleagues, and Friends that I have gained over the years working for the Company.  I use that as my Fuel.  I keep it in the back of my mind to keep moving forward.  These things needed to happen to see who really has my back."

Jason:                                "You are very motivating. For those that would love to support you how can they do so and what is the best way for them to contact you?"

Zalime:

"Social media is a great way to reach me.  Instagram.  Linkedin.  If anyone needs help with their credit feel free to contact me.  You can vote for me to be on the cover of MAXIM Magazine.  I would appreciate it.  If you know of any Sponsors that would also be a great help.  Thank you."

"It Makes Me Happy To See Others Succeed" - Jessica Sieli. An Interview with Jessica Sieli by Jason E. Foss.

                                                                                      JESSICA SIELI

"Great Leaders work hard to get to where they are.  Their Journey to Success was not an easy one.  There are steps they needed to take.  There's sacrifices they needed to make.  When they finally achieve their Life goals there is something unique about them.  They don't stop at their own Victory.  They look to find others that are on their own Journey and they look to put them in a Position to win.  They work with them.  They let their Team know "I've been there".  And Great Leaders don't stop until their whole Team is successful.  Jessica Sieli is one of these Great Leaders.  She is the Assistant Store Manager at Tuesday Morning.  She let us know what motivates her".

                                                                                                        Jason E. Foss

Jason:                "What motivates you the most about being an Assistant Store Manager at Tuesday Morning?"

Jessica:

"I am motivated by the great team of people I have the privilege to work with everyday. I enjoy developing and motivating my team to be the best they can be.  I started my retail career as a sales associate, so I always look for ways to get my employees to the next level."

Jason:                  "You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful. What do you feel is the best characteristic to have in order to be successful?"

Jessica:

"To be successful as a leader you need to have confidence. It doesn't mean you think you're better than other employees or have to act superior. It's about believing in yourself and in the decisions you make for your team. Every decision you make might not lead to the outcome you were looking for, but you have to have the confidence to try.  As Henry Ford said, " Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right.""

Jason:                   "Do you have any other Passion or Life Goals and if so what are they?"

Jessica:

"My goal  in life is to make a difference and motivate others. It makes me happy to see others succeed."

Jason:                    "For those that are inspired by you and would like to chase their dreams and achieve their Life Goals what advice would you give them that would help them to be successful?"

Jessica:

"Find something you are passionate about and commit to it 100 percent. Success will look different for everyone.  Life is too short to be in a career you don't enjoy. Everyone deserves a life of happiness and you shouldn't settle for anything less."

Jason:                     "You are very motivating. For those that would love to support you how can they do so and what is the best way for them to contact you?"

Jessica:

"Sol Muller was motivated by something that happened to her that made her happy and she wanted to share it with the world.  She found true love.  My favorite thing about Sol is how her and her husband never gave up on finding that 'special one'.  Especially having bad experiences in the past.  People write amazing books and fairy tales of romance at its best.  Sol Muller was able to create a romance that is a based on a true story of her life finding love.  Her bravery and her willingness to share her story is able to touch many hearts everywhere.  She found love with the click of a button.  She inspires us to take chances and gives validation that many things are possible as long as you are willing to take the chance.  Click on the link above and buy "A Click That Changed My Life.""
