An Interview with Joie Pirkey by Jason E. Foss

                                                               JOIE PIRKEY

"People really do make a difference.  Whether it's lending a hand or helping someone out, the decision to do it can change someone's day.  Social media is one of the best ways we communicate with eachother on a daily basis.  Words can tell a story.  It's something you can read, but a smiley face or any emoji can let you know how you make them feel.  You can write one person and connect on a personal level.  In business or to reach a larger audience hashtags gives you the ability to let your message travel in style.  Joie Pirkey is one of those innovators that put in the time and effort to give us hashtagr.  She let us know what motivates her."

                                 Jason E. Foss

Jason:            You are an inspiration to a lot of people. Hashtagr is a very popular way to attract more Clients and boost more engagements on posts. What is your motivation?

Joie:

"Our motivation is to create excellent apps that assist people in getting their products seen by their niche, and people who are looking for them.  I was birthed with the desire to follow Jesus Christ and to use social media to market the gospel and hope for the world.  We began creating an app called dodl.es that makes it simple and easy to animate on your phone.  When we hit the money barrier, we started to rethink marketing on social media, trying to use free marketing.  As we studied the nuances of what worked to grow accounts and reach the right people we realized that hashtags were the search tool of the future.  We needed to master it to reach our niche.  Our genius engineers created #hashtagr in house to use to find the best, most currant hashtags, and it worked so well we were surprised to see that it blew the competition out of the water.  That's when we realized, 'Hey!  We can sell this!'  And that is how #hashtagr was born."

Jason:               You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful. What do you feel is the best characteristic to have in order to be successful?

Joie:
"Best attribute to succeed?  Seriously?  It is Grit.  Can you keep going?  Even through the rough times?  That is the most important attribute.  We have also found that if we create an atmosphere that allows every single employee to create in the areas that they are strong in and we utilize and equip those strengths we get the best products and marketing assets.  Team work is not a new idea but we have found that if we pay attention to what people love and feel passionate about and then get them creating in that vein we see beautiful work."

Jason:        Do you have any other Passion or Life Goals and if so what are they?

Joie:

"My personal passions are a crazy array of weird stuff.  I love people, art, swimming, mission work in Rwanda, marketing, social issues really interest me, what is coming in the future has most of my random thoughts. I have always been a person deeply interested in culture and where it is going.  I have worked in and started many socially conscious non prophs.  I love to learn and read like a maniac.  I love research and sports.  I am all over the board.  I feel very free to go into anything that catches my attention.  Life is great after 40 when you stop caring what others think and you can just go for what you love. Personal freedom to be myself is very important to me.  And all of these desires are wrapped up in my amazing relationship with Jesus. For Him, because of Him, in Him."

Jason:                       For those that are inspired by you and would like to chase their dreams and achieve their Life Goals what advice would you give them that would help them to be successful?

Joie:

"My advice to those who want to succeed is to be vulnerable with people, be willing to change, figure out what you really desire and pray.  Following the Holy Spirit has been the most adventurous journey I could have ever imagined.  If it were not for Him I would be a boring wife and mom in a tiny town doing nothing.  What were you created to do?  What were the good works that God designed just for you?  Figure it out and get going. Live fearless…because why not?"

Jason:                    You are very motivating. For those that would love to support you how can they do so and what is the best way for them to contact you?

 Joie:

"How can you support me?  I don’t need support. If you are hungry to change the world one person at a time and don’t want to throw your money and time into a bureaucracy that sucks it up and means almost nothing, come along!  The most primary work of my life right now is to equip others to live out their best lives.  So shoot me a message and let’s chat.  When we can figure out what your passion is we can see what’s available.  If you are like yeah I love this and want to simply give to an orphan or really change a black life, drop a donation into this pay pal account and let me know what you want it to go to.  paypal.me/wellspringatthecross   I am in the process of helping a very poor man in Rwanda start a farm.  If you want to buy him a life changing goat or cow shoot me $60.00.  A cow is $200.  If you want to send a young girl to school I can facilitate that as well.  If you are looking to promote your brand or become an influencer grab the free trial of #hashtagr and watch your account steadily grow."

                                                       CLOSING

"Helping others to get their product seen in style is what motivated Joie Pirkey to create hashtagr.  When we create something it is a huge accomplishment.  It doesn't matter how big or small the project.  When you take the time to do something, it shows that you didn't stop until it was done.  I really like the way her and the genius engineers within her company wouldn't stop until they made it just right!  It's that extra time and that extra care that takes something that looks good and make it stand out.  Click on the link above and use hashtagr today."

"Connect To Things That Inspire You" An Interview with Hadarrah More by Jason E. Foss

                                                       HADARRAH MORE

Success is a journey that has a difficult path.  Each one of us has our own map.  We have to create it ourselves.  What's your passion?  Once you find that out, how do you get there?  How do you make it your Career?   How do you thrive?  After you find your passion, action will get you there.  Consistancy will keep you there.  Hadarrah More is an amazing leader that is dedicated to success.  She puts in the time.  Her energy and commitment to excellence is some of many reasons why she stands out in a competitive industry.  She lets us know what motivates her.

Jason:                You are an inspiration to a lot of people.  As a Business Professional you figured out a way to stay successful in Luxury sectors including New York and London.  It takes a certain kind of person to be that consistent.  What is your motivation?

Hadarrah:

"I am pretty self motivated and have always been.  Not sure how great that answer is, but it is my truth.  I enjoy being successful and I like making my goals and achieving them.  I take pride in what I do – there is no other way to be.  I have friends who always ask why I don’t start my own thing, but I know that I enjoy the structure of working for a company.  That is why it is so important to stand out and make yourself as irreplaceable as you can be."

"I know I need to work in roles that allow me a level of autonomy that is super important for my motivation.  For me it is also 50/50 split where I love fashion, art and design and also am super business minded.  Working with my team and inspiring them and watching them grow is also super motivating to me – over my career it is something I have learned to master.  Management is 90% managing your team and 10% managing the business.  Find the beauty in the day to day and have hobbies and a life outside of work!"

"I have always struggled with my work life balance myself, but I have also learned to work on that as that outside time helps motivate me for when I am at work.  My friends and successful inspiring women really motivate me – to think 50 years ago women would not be in roles that we find ourselves in today.  I am motivated by the future and change."

Jason:           You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful. What do you feel is the best characteristic to have in order to be successful?

Hadarrah:

"Grit, being adaptable, being kind, being preemptive, emotional intelligence, having passion, surrounding yourself with the best team, find a mentor, read a lot and know yourself are some characteristics – the list is long!  Passion is an important one; you need to have passion for what you do and are selling in order to have success.  I have been in situations where the passion was not there and I did a year and looked for my next venture."

"A job is a relationship and as much as they give, you in response need to give back.  Look at what is going on in the world today we are changing and our industry is morphing so quickly thinking outside of the box and being creative with your resources is how you can stand out.  When you have passion you are connected to what you do and those aha moments that help drive the business will come to you because it is what you genuinely care about."

"It is not a 9-5, you should be committed to make your business successful and your team happy.  Someone once told me to view my role as if it was my own business – essentially you are running your own mini business and you need to have that drive, dedication and passion that would entail if that was actually the case."

Jason:            Do you have any other Passion or Life Goals and if so what are they?

Hadarrah:

"I love art and writing and was able to pursue writing outside of my role for many years mostly in London.  Art helps inspire me and I make sure that I make time to explore museums and see art.  I am a big yoga person and went to India recently which was an amazing trip and definitely checked something off the bucket list with that.  Music is everything to me and luckily a lot of my friends have worked in the music industry so have been to some amazing events where I was exposed to so many talented musicians.  Now it is normal that a brand has all these things integrated into what they are and love that. Helping others is so important to me and something I am very passionate about."

"I take pride in volunteering and helping the communities I find myself in.  I am making a big move soon and excited to connect with a new volunteer program.  My life goal is to be a good person and it is something I work on daily and is incorporated both in my personal and work life."

Jason:             For those that are inspired by you and would like to chase their dreams and achieve their Life Goals what advice would you give them that would help them to be successful?

Hadarrah:

"Work hard and be nice to people!  Show up and be open to learning, adapting and looking at yourself and what you did amazing and what you need to improve upon.  Have faith and believe in yourself.  I have always been super confident that I can do whatever I put my mind to I can achieve – you need to have confidence and believe in yourself.  It is so important."

"Love yourself and what I have learned over the years is to trust your gut.  Know what makes you happy.  Understand that success and dreams are achievable but require a lot of work and commitment and tap into your strength.  Surround yourself with positive people and connect to things that inspire you.  Find a mentor.  Read!  I love autobiographies and find people’s stories super fascinating.  Learn from the world.  Be honest with yourself about what you struggle with, be kind to yourself and help yourself grow.  You got this!"

Jason:               You are very motivating. For those that would love to support you how can they do so and what is the best way for them to contact you?

Hadarrah:

"You can find me on LinkedIn (feel free to place a link for my page) and my Instagram is @hadarrahmore  "

                                                            CLOSING

Hadarrah is motivated by the future and change.  That is such an amazing quality.  No wonder she thrives.  Change is constant and it's hard to keep up.  However if change motivates you, you will almost never be left behind.  Success is like a sport.  You have to be in it to win it.  Learn from those that have figured out how to get there.  Pay even more attention to those that found a way to stay there.  My favorite thing about Hadarrah More is that she doesn't hold back on how to become successful.  You are talented.  Whether you already know or if you need to figure out what your passion is, take her advice and success tips. "2020 Florida Mother Of The Year." An Interview With Jennifer Cohen by Jason E. Foss

                                                 (ALEXANDRIA, JENNIFER, SYDNEY)

                                                           JENNIFER COHEN

2020 FLORIDA MOTHER OF THE YEAR

"Life is about a little bit of everything.  Ups, downs, challenges, and self growth.  We all have what it takes to be successful.  Action is one of the most important steps to get things done.  Inspiration is a great way to give us the desire to act.  Jennifer Cohen, '2020 Florida Mother Of The Year', is a great leader that inspires us to act.  She has devoted her life to helping others.   What makes people go the extra mile to make a difference?  Jennifer Cohen speaks up for animals and for those that can't speak up for themselves.   What pushes someone to go the extra mile?  She lets us know what motivates her."

Jason:          As 2020 Florida's Mother of the Year you are an inspiration to a lot of people! You have two 17 year old Twins that believe in you. You give a lot of women strength with your story.  What is your motivation?

Jennifer:

"My motivation is centered around my twin 17-year-old daughters, Alexandria and Sydney.  I have taught them to be self-reliant and in charge of their own destiny."

"They have also learned that we can’t control what others may do, but that we can control how we choose to respond and move forward from adversity."

Jason:          You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful. What do you feel is the best characteristic to have in order to be successful?

Jennifer:

"Take risks.  Make them calculated risks, but take them.  Most people regret the things they are too afraid to do more than the things they try and fail.  Don't be afraid to fail.  And fail over and over again.  It means you are challenging yourself.  Don't be afraid to choose a new path."

Jason:           Do you have any other passion or life goals and if so what are they?

Jennifer:

"In my spare time I rescue animals from the shelter.  I've fostered more than 400 dogs, cats, kittens, and puppies.  I advocate for animals that are being abused and exploited."

Jason:             For those that are inspired by you and would like to chase their dreams and achieve their life goals what advice would you give them that would help them to be successful?

Jennifer:                           "Dream big but have a plan.  Dreaming alone won't make your dreams come true.  Set a goal and work that plan every day.  Most of all, know your worth. Don't ever compromise your beliefs. Don't ever let anyone treat you disrespectfully. Don't settle. And don't ever take the path of least resistance."

Jason:           You are very motivating.  For those that would love to support you how can they do so and what is the best way for them to contact you?

Jason:            You are an inspiration to a lot of people.  Your high energy and passion for helping people is so valuable in Business and in Life.  You never seem to lose that drive to give it your all.  What is your motivation?

Nancy:

Well, I lost my father in high school. He had passed away from cancer, but growing up, him and my mother were so generous. They always shared the wealth and taught me the importance of giving back, especially to those in need. I took those values and principles with me throughout life.  I want to be able to not only make him proud but also be able to motivate and inspire others with my story.  That it doesn’t matter what setbacks or challenges you’ve faced- you gotta keep moving.  If you’re in a place in life where you can help others,  whether it be financially or with your time, do it. One of my favorite quotes is “No man is an island.”  We really are all in this together.

Jason:             You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful.  What do you feel is the best characteristic to have in order to be successful?

Nancy:

There’s a lot of attributes that can make someone successful but you have to have the drive and the passion to want to get there.  There’s probably a lot of roles that I could do, but wouldn’t be successful at if I didn’t care about the mission.  If you care about what you’re putting out into the world, you will always be successful.  You’ve gotta do something that sets your soul on fire.  Otherwise, you’ll be doomed to feeling miserable in your current role.

Jason:       Do you have any other Passion or Life Goals and if so what are they?

Nancy:

My biggest goal in life is to be able to help others.  Point blank, no matter where I end up career wise or in my own personal life, if I can be the person who was able to change just one persons life, I’ll be set.

Jason:            For those that are inspired by you and would like to chase their dreams and achieve their Life Goals what advice would you give them that would help them to be successful?

Nancy:

"Find what makes you happy. Sounds cliche but it’s true.  If you’re not excited or passionate about your work, it’ll always be mediocre.  If you have trouble figuring that out, ask yourself, what are your favorite hobbies and why are they your favorite?  Does it involve solving puzzles? You may be great at a career based in data or mathematics.  Do you enjoy talking with others and helping them?  You’d probably be good at event planning.  Everyone in life has a different life path, but once you figure out what you like/dislike, finding the right career comes next.  Also, and I cannot stress this enough: NETWORK.  Volunteer.  Go to professional meetings with local businesses. Get your name out there.  Sometimes it’s about knowing the right person.

Jason:          You are very motivating.  For those that would love to support you how can they do so and what is the best way for them to contact you?

Nancy:

That means a lot, thank you. I’m always available by Linkedin Messaging. Feel free to reach out and we can always chat!  I get a lot of messages on there but when I do have free time I love to connect with people ready for that right career change or who maybe need some helpful advice in other areas.

                           CLOSING

"Nancy Cammarata is motivated by helping others.  That is a valuable quality to have.  Success is no easy feat.  However, a great way to get there is to learn from those that have already succeeded.  Take their advice, their lessons, their mottos, and that will be the difference.  Network.  Put yourself out there.  Take the chance.  The right opportunity will come.  The hardest way to find opportunity is when you never look.  You have what it takes!  Click on Nancy's link and never give up on your Dream."
