"What motivates me the most about being an Administrative Assistant for My Legal Crunch Lawyers are my bosses. My bosses are wonderful and great people. They always motivate me to excel in everything I do. They have trust in me, they give me a task that is something new to me, a task that I’ve never done before. They believe that I can deal with bigger responsibilities and they always make me feel appreciated and I’ve never felt intimidated. I feel that I matter and that I truly belong to the team. They support me all the way and they want me to continue learning."
Jason: "You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful. What do you feel is the best characteristic to have in order to be successful?"
Marianne:
"In my perspective as a Virtual Worker/Remote Worker, integrity is one of the characteristics that we need to exercise, we need to do things with all honesty with or without someone watching us, next is be hungry for new learnings and skills; if you stop learning you’ll die and lastly, be humble, always think that you know nothing and stay open to enriching your knowledge and skills"
Jason: "Do you have any other Passion or Life Goals and if so, what are they?"
Marianne:
"I always wanted to help other people so, in my own little way, I try to do so by helping other people who would like to start an online freelancing career by sharing ideas and teaching skills to help them get started."
Jason: "For those that are inspired by you and would like to chase their dreams and achieve their Life Goals what advice would you give them that would help them to be successful?"
Marianne:
"Never control things beyond your ability and find another way to get your plans to go the way you wanted instead. If you try, make sure that you are ready all the way to accept and face the consequences."

Marianne:
"I do prefer referrals to expand my freelancing network. Having opportunities to get more clients would equal to helping other people too. I could also recommend them for the job for them to experience the work and life balance I am enjoying right now especially those moms who don’t want to miss a special moment/event for their kids, moms who want to maintain a professional career while watching their children grow.
