Jason:             "You have had a successful Career and showcase your Talent as a Physical Therapist, Author, and Entrepreneur. What motivates you the most to maintain all of your Goals throughout the year?"



Dr. Ivan:       

                         "Passion. Passion is the driving force behind my grit and perseverance. It is how I rationalize giving up a 40 hour work week as an employee just so that I could work 60 + hours as an entrepreneur. Having been through health adversities in my lifetime, I have reconciled that these experiences have led to my calling. This is why I consider myself an emissary of health and wellness."


Jason:                "You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful. What do you feel is the best characteristic to have in order to be successful?"


Ivan:               

                         "Focus, tenacity and thick skin."


Jason:               "Do you have any other Passion or Life Goals and if so what are they?"


Dr. Ivan:

                          "My primary goals are to raise my sons to be productive members of society, to leave a legacy, and a cultural imprint to the way healthcare is practiced."



Jason:              "For those that are inspired by you and would like to chase their dreams and achieve their Life Goals what advice would you give them that would help them to be successful?"


Dr. Ivan:

                       "Identify your goal, a person who has achieved them, and use their roadmap as a guideline to achieving success."

Jason:          "You have had a successful Career and showcase your Talent in your New Single "Let It Go" with the Group you're with 'Swayz'.  Swayz is a great group that works well together.  What motivates you the most about being a Singer?"


Paris:

                      "Well first and foremost we all have a passion and my passion was locked away for sometime so being motivated is being the best example to my kids and live a good life, Singing is a passion my gift to share to the world is fulfilling to the depths of my soul."


Jason:           "You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful.  What do you feel is the best characteristic to have in order to be successful?"


Paris:

                    "To be successful is to stay F A T, lol  I use this acronym a lot: F - Faithful to your vision A- Accessibility to people with drive  T- Teachable in all knowledge  A man or woman can not be successful as a know it all he or she must obtain knowledge from life lessons and keep pushing forward towards their goal."


Jason:          "Do you have any other Passion or Life Goals and if so what are they?"


Paris:

                   "My other passions is to be the best husband to my wife the best father to my 6 champions “children” and to see life grow each and everyday.Sowing seeds of love and encouragement is my goal to see my family at their best and reaching their full potential as good human beings."


Jason:          "For those that are inspired by you and would like to chase their dreams and achieve their Life Goals what advice would you give them that would help them to be successful?"


Steve:

                     "My only advice would be do not give up when receiving constructive criticism on your work or creativity. People always see the greater in you, we are our own worst critics, look at the glass half full and believe that your positive energy will reciprocate it’s self to a infectious karma of light in your life."
