Faye Rapoport DesPres "Little White" An Interview with Faye Rapoport DesPres

                                                                           FAYE RAPOPORT DESPRES

Great Authors are known a lot for their creativity and giving us an adventure for our minds.  They know how to open up our imaginations.  Their writing is so good that they can make us believe in the unbelievable.  When you have the ability to write something that can make someone who is going through hard times smile and forget about any and everything that ever bothered them you have the power to change lives.  When your book can do that for a kid than you can truly make a difference.  Faye Rapoport is one of these great Authors.  She let us know what motivated her."

                                                                                                                        Jason E. Foss

Jason:                                      "What motivated you to write  "Little White"?"

Faye:

"Little White is a feral cat who came into our lives some years ago, when I was involved in caring for and rescuing the cats from a feral colony in our former neighborhood. She is a very special cat (I know, they all are!) and her story is one that I knew would touch many hearts. Publishing my first book, a literary memoir-in-essays, was an extraordinary experience, but it was also emotionally challenging. I wanted to write something lighter and for a different audience for a change of pace. My publisher had specialized for much of her career in children's literature, and I floated the idea of telling Little White's story in that genre. She liked the idea. It took some time for us to make it happen, but I was motivated by a desire to raise awareness about stray and feral cats and to help children understand the importance of caring about animals. Little White's story is also a story about hope, survival, and finding a family, and that message transcends species."

Jason:                                       "What was one of your favorite compliments from a parent or their child about "Little White"?"

Faye:

"I have received a lot of wonderful photos of children reading Little White, and even one video of a child reading an entire page and giggling at the word "gobbled." All of that has been rewarding. I have heard from parents and grandparents who have said their children loved the book, and one child who kept telling his grandmother, "That's a true story!""

"I think one of the best compliments I received was in the form of one of the photographs. I had given a copy of the book to a mom whose family had been having a rough time due to domestic issues and financial problems. She sent me a photograph of her smiling young daughter holding up the book and their cat. Seeing that smiling child with the book when I knew she'd had such a tough year made it all worth it."

Jason:                                            "For your fans and book lovers briefly describe your book "Little White"."

Faye:

"Little White: The Feral Cat Who Found a Home is a children's picture book directed at ages 3-8. It is a true story about a feral cat who lived in our neighborhood. She was born outside and was very wild. Because of certain circumstances (I won't give it away), it became necessary to bring her inside, even though she'd never lived in a house. The book tells the story of how I got her inside and helped her enjoy a happy, safe life indoors. Little White (whose name is explained in the book) still lives with my husband and me today. The book is charmingly illustrated by Laurel McKinstry Petersen and published by Writers Coffee Bar Press, which is run by the wonderful MaryChris Bradley."

Jason:                                              "Are you working on another book and if so what can you tell us about it?"

Faye:

"The second book in the "Stray Cat Stories" series will be published on August 19, 2019, which is National Clear the Shelters Day. The book is titled Tribbs: The Cat Who Was So Handsome! and is based on the true story of another cat who appears in Little White's book. A portion of all of the proceeds from these books goes to animal rescue organizations. I am also always willing to donate a free copy to a non-profit who would like to sell one at a fundraiser, and I am happy to work with non-profit rescues who would like to sell copies of the books to raise money."

"Soon, I hope to start on more creative nonfiction, as well, and recently I've been writing some poetry."

Jason:                               "For those that want to read your book what is the easiest way to buy "Little White"?"

Faye:

"Little White: The Feral Cat Who Found a Home is available online at Amazon.

 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1941523161?pf_rd_p=1cac67ce-697a-47be-b2f5-9ae91aab54f2&pf_rd_r=GXN86QQ2M4FNX0STM1CB

                                                                                     and Barnes and Noble

as well as other online stores. As a matter of fact, they are having a bit of a price war on the hardcover at the moment, so the prices are lower than usual this week. The book is available in hardcover, paperback, and e-book formats."

"I also like to support local, independent bookstores, so anyone who would like to buy one locally can tell their local bookseller that the book is available from Ingram. Bookstores can order copies to sell in their shops."

                                                                                      CLOSING

"Faye Rapoport DesPres was motivated by a desire to raise awareness about stray and feral cats and to help children understand the importance of caring about animals. My favorite thing about Faye is the impact she is having on a lot of people.  Her book is amazing from the cover all the way to the very last page.  I also enjoy the story behind her story.  The fact that she is an environmentalist.  That a portion of all proceeds from her book sales goes to animal rescue.  That her book is a bridge between parents and children everywhere and when they are done reading a memory was made that is worth more than Gold.  It's obvious that cats can't speak but I believe "Little White" knows what happened.  Knows that she was unsafe and unsure and someone made her safe and sure in a safer environment to this very day.  And that person is Faye Rapoport DesPres.  Books like this are turning stray cats to pets on a daily basis.  Click on the link above and buy "Little White".

Susan K. Hamilton "Shadow King" An Interview with Susan K. Hamilton by Jason E. Foss

                                                                              SUSAN K. HAMILTON

"Great Authors have an answer to every writer's block and a resilience that defies any obstacle in front of their next story.  It doesn't matter how long it takes they will write a book that will amaze us.  Their imagination has taught their creative minds to fly.  If their story feels like their is a dead end they will make believe their is a secret trail that leads to a short cut to another great idea.  Their fans and Readers are impressed every time and have no clue of the adventure these brilliant writers put themselves through.  But in the end all that matters is the connection their words have with their Readers.  I admire their humble confidence to deliver quality books the way that they do.  Susan K. Hamilton is one of these great Authors.  She let us know what motivated her."

                                                                                                                             Jason E. Foss

Jason:                                  "What motivated you to write "Shadow King"?"

Susan:

"To be honest, I was desperately seeking an idea for NaNoWriMo. I’d been a little stuck and not really coming up with any new, original ideas and it was the night before NaNo started—and as I raked leaves in my yard, I just started to wonder what the different kinds of faeries would do if they lived in our world. When I thought about the darker faeries, I immediately thought they’d be criminals…
And then the idea of Aohdan, the Fae who ran Boston’s criminal underworld jumped into my head. From there, it was off to the races and I used NaNo to construct my first draft."

Jason:                                    "Which character can you relate to the most and why?

Susan:

"That would probably be Seireadan, my female protagonist, although Seireadan is way cooler than I am. I think I relate to her in the sense that she doesn’t like to show weakness or insecurity, and that’s something I think everyone can relate to at least one time or another."

Jason:                                      "For your fans and book lovers briefly describe "Shadow King".

Susan:

"Centuries ago, the faerie realm was decimated by a spell so vile and corrupt, it destroyed everything. To survive, the different faerie races—led by the Fae—escaped to the human realm."

"As the Fae Patriarch of Boston’s criminal underworld, Aohdan Collins enjoys his playboy lifestyle while he ruthlessly works from the shadows to expand his growing empire. Until one night—when he shares a shot of whiskey with the lovely Seireadan Moore…"

"A Fae Seer, Seireadan is haunted by a vision of the Fae responsible for destroying Faerie—and murdering her family. Common sense tells her to stay away from Aohdan, but his magnetism and charm are irresistible."

"As their passionate affair intensifies, Seireadan is pulled into the center of the underworld, but she can’t let go of her lifelong quest to hunt down the Fae who haunts her visions… especially when she realizes Aohdan might be the key to helping her find him."

"But is revenge worth betraying the one she loves?"

Jason:                                          "Are you working on another book and if so what can you tell us about it?"

Susan:

"I actually have another book in pre-production with Inkshares called The Devil Inside, and it is an urban fantasy about Mara, an ambitious devil who is dead-set on becoming Hell’s #1 sales and acquisitions devil, but then she meets Duncan, a disgruntled angel stuck in a dead-end job with a boss he can’t stand. Duncan is exactly the kind of trouble that Mara doesn’t need, but can’t resist and they start a passionate affair despite the well-known rumors that Lucifer will tear the wings off any devil that falls for an angel."

"But when Mara’s biggest rival begins to suspect, Mara has to choose. Let Duncan take the fall for her, or reveal all her secrets… and watch all Hell break loose."

"The Devil Inside will hopefully release at the end of 2019 or start of 2020—it will all depend on when it gets to the editor."

"In addition to that, I have started a follow up to Shadow King but that is a definite work-in-progress right now."

Jason:                                              "For those that want to read your book what is the easiest way to buy "Shadow King"?"

Susan:

"You can find Shadow King online at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and IndieBound… or you can ask for it at your local bookseller!"

Jason:                                                 "Where can readers and fans connect with you?"

Susan:

"I’d love to hear from readers! On Twitter you can find me at @RealSKHamilton (same for Instagram), and on Facebook, you can find me at  HYPERLINK

                                                                                       CLOSING

"Susan K. Hamilton was motivated when the idea of Aohdan, the Fae who ran Boston’s criminal underworld jumped into her head. My favorite thing about Susan is when she said once she found her next great idea it was off to the races.  Because I believe there is life and energy in a great book.  And if the Author is just writing to fill blank pages people may read it but for it to be a page turner more times than less the Author must have some level of excitement about it.  That energy will be felt as their story builds and builds and becomes real to the imagination of the Reader.  This dark fanatsy book continues to have great reviews and this Author has done a lot of great things but she has yet to let us down.  Click on the link above and buy the "Shadow King".

Cynthia Austin "Tainted Luck" An Interview with Cynthia Austin by Jason E. Foss

                                                                                  CYNTHIA AUSTIN

"Great Authors have so many qualities especially the ability to write stories that stand out.  Their originality effortlessly is displayed throughout the chapters in their books.  Their main character is so unique that they seem real to you and the more you turn the pages the more you connect to the story.  A few chapters in and you're hooked.  There is no rules to what they write about because they refuse to limit the mind's imagination.  Their Readers are too important to them.  It's that mindset that gets people excited about reading their work!  Cynthia Austin is one of these great Authors.  She let us know what motivated her."

                                                                                                                        Jason E. Foss

Jason:                        "What motivated you to write "Tainted Luck"?"

Cynthia:

"Surprisingly enough, the album Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge by My Chemical Romance inspires all of my books. Gerard Way describes Three Cheers as a concept album and although I know there is a story buried deep inside the music, every time I try to pull it out, I end up creating a new story completely different and unrelated.  In the end, it was music by the band, Anarbor that I found myself listening to while fleshing out Taylor James' unstable personality."

Jason:                        "Which character can you relate to the most and why?"

Cynthia:

"I suppose I would say Taylor James could be my alter-ego. This eccentric, loud mouthed hyperactive girl that refuses to follow rules. Oh wait, maybe that’s just me in real life, minus the power of telekinesis."

Jason:                          "For your fans and book lovers briefly describe "Tainted Luck"."

Cynthia:

"Tainted Luck is a story which highlights many taboo subjects such as inappropriate student teacher relationships, teen suicide, statutory rape and mental illness, all wrapped up in a short, at times, humorous fashion."

Jason:                              "Are you working on another book and if so what can you tell us about it?"

Cynthia:

"I am currently working on the fourth installment of The Pendant Series. Adrian, the supernatural antagonist that Sidney fell in love with is back and with his return, her life is once again turned upside down. More lore is explored, new characters introduced and with it, readers will learn the story of the first vampire ever created."

Jason:                                "For those that want to read your book what is the easiest way to buy "Tainted Luck"?"

Cynthia:

"Amazon is the easiest way, but for readers who would prefer a signed paperback, they can always reach out to me via social media."

                                                                               CLOSING

"Cynthia Austin was motivated by the album by My Chemical Romance.  Also, listening to music by the band Anarbor helped her create Taylor James 'unstable personality'.  I admire her ability to keep creating completely different and unrelated stories each time.  My favorite thing about Cynthia is her creative process for writing her books.  There is usually something that gives us this spark that gets our creativity to flow.  Music is one of hers and she takes advantage of it and the results show.  She has a great personality to the point that some of her Readers literally shared some of their favorite quotes from her book when they gave Reviews.  Her ability to connect with her Readers is one of her many talents and she continues to deliver quality books each time.  Click on the link above and buy "Tainted Luck".

H.E. Wilburson "The Day Of The Martians" An Interview with H.E. Wilburson by Jason E. Foss

                                                                                    H.E. WILBURSON

"Great Authors have many qualities and one of those great qualities is to write with a sense of Purpose.  They can take on the toughest writing project but their love for what they are writing conquers any fear of letting anyone down.  They have this vision for what they want and they execute it.   They are passionate about the story and believe in it so much that the Reader feels their passion in every single page.  That's what Readers want.  They want to connect with the story.  And when you have an Author that gives themself this responsibility of giving their very best in every chapter the Reader will notice that what they are reading was done with care.  That lazer type focus to create something that will draw you in is a special talent especially when they don't do it for acknowledgement but for their love of writing.  H.E. Wilburson is one of these great Authors.  He let us know what motivated him."

                                                                                                           Jason E. Foss

Jason:                                "What motivated you to write 'The Martian Diaries'?"

H.E.

"I have always loved 'The War Of The Worlds' by H.G.Wells, and felt I wanted to write a sequel to it. I hope that 'The Martian Diaries' is a seamless continuation of Wells' invasion story, both as a prequel and sequel. I have attempted to answer many of the questions that I feel Wells left unresolved in his original book, so that hopefully by the end of my trilogy, the classic 'The War Of The Worlds' has been concluded in a way that Wells himself would have been happy with."

Jason:                                  "Which character can you relate to the most and why?"

H.E.

"Good question. It's not the same as liking a character. I think I relate more to the narrator who is a writer too.  He becomes involved in a new engagement with Martians,  and although he is not the heroic type he tries to do his best even when things don't go to plan."

Jason:                                     "For your fans and book lovers briefly describe 'The Martian Diaries'."

H.E.

"'The Martian Diaries' is my explanation of why the Martians came to Earth in H.G.Wells' original story and about how humans perceive their own existence within the universe. Ultimately it is about hope, even in the most hopeless of scenarios."

Jason:                                         "Are you working on another book and if so what can you tell us about it?"

H.E.

"I am in the final stages of finishing book 2 of the trilogy, entitled 'Lake On The Moon', which like the first book 'The Day Of The Martians', includes my own original music. At over 5 hours it is a longer and darker part of the series. It opens at the time of H.G.Wells' original Martian invasion, and contains a prequel to his story. I continue with the original primary characters, through the aftermath of World War 1 and an even more sinister engagement with Martians in 1919. It sets up the events to come in the final book 'Gateway to Mars'. If I have done my job well, listeners should find 'Lake On The Moon' resonates even more closely with 'The War Of The Worlds'."

Jason:                                           "For those that want to read your book what is the easiest way to buy 'The Martian Diaries'."

H.E.:

"Currently the audiobook is available on Amazon (Audible) here mybook.to/thedayofthemartians but also on iTunes, Audiobooks.com and Google Play. It will shortly be available on CD.

                                                                                     CLOSING

"H.E. Wilburson's love for 'War Of The Worlds' motivated him to not only expand on the story but to also give us his own touch so we can also appreciate his creative talents as well.  My favorite thing about this great Author is his humility.  He uses words like 'attempt' to answer any unresolved questions or he 'hopes' that his trilogy will be concluded in a way that Wells himself would have been happy with.  Not only did he write a great story but he did it selflessly with Wells and his love for 'War Of The Worlds' in the back of his mind.  And when someone writes with a sense of Purpose that is bigger than themself the quality of that book is going to be appreciated to those that read it.  Click on the link above and buy "The Day Of The Martians"."

Catherine Carrigan "Unlimited Intuition Now" An Interview with Catherine Carrigan by Jason E. Foss

                                                                                CATHERINE CARRIGAN

"Great Authors have many gifts and one of their most valuable gifts is the ability to connect with the Reader.  Many Authors have amazing books full of adventure and action.  However sometimes they decide to touch the Reader in a different way.  On a more personal level.  Even though they enjoy writing a story that stimulates your imagination they are also capable of writing a book designed to improve your life and help you to connect with yourself on another level.  Because we all have the potential to achieve even greater things and improve our life even more.  Book lovers sometimes feel the need to pick up a powerful book about self-improvement.  There are a certian number of Authors they look for.  Catherine Carrigan is one of these great Authors.  She let us know what motivated her."

                                                                                                            Jason E. Foss

Jason:                       "What motivated you to write "Unlimited Intuition Now”?"

Catherine:

"I’m a medical intuitive healer and have developed my intuition to the point where I use it professionally. There’s a place in Costa Rica where people come from all over the world for in-depth healing retreats and I do medical intuitive readings on every client before they arrive so a plan can be created for each person. I work with clients all over the world by phone, Skype and Zoom video conference to read their minds, bodies and spirits to empower them to understand what’s going on with their health and what will work to heal. Over the years many clients had asked me to help them open up their own intuition. To me, your intuition is your soul guidance. Because you are a soul who has a body, you are always receiving guidance at the soul level - you just have to understand the ways your soul tries to communicate with you. When we have a problem with our body, our body communicates through sensations, aches and pains. Your soul speaks to you through claircognizance, clairaudience, clairsentience and clairvoyance. Learning to open your soul gifts can be one of the most rewarding things you will ever do and will awaken you to your deepest wisdom."

Catherine:

"My mission in life is to empower others to become healthier and happier naturally. I’m currently working on my ninth book, which is about how to use breath work to overcome anxiety, depression, fatigue, high blood pressure, stress, insomnia and many other challenges. We live in a society that relies very heavily on drugs - both legal and illegal. When you learn how to use your breath to move through the inevitable difficulties in life you can free yourself from other more harmful forms of self medication and take your power back. You may not have the money for a therapist but your breath is always with you and can become a great source of inner peace if you learn how."

"Catherine Carrigan developed her Intuition to the point that she uses it professionally.  My favorite thing about Catherine is that instead of keeping her gifts to herself she decided to share it with the world.  She took her ability to connect with her Readers and used it in a way that will improve their lives.  A book like this one is so valuable because you can read it many times and learn somethong new about yourself each time you pick it up.  There is so much value in that.  This great Author's mission in life is to empower others to become healthier and happier naturally.  That word 'naturally' really gives you an idea of how much Catherine wants the Reader to take advantage of their inner powers.  Intuition is very important.  What a great feeling to know that Catherine Carrigan specializes in it and created a book that will help so many people to take advantage of theirs.  Click on the link above and buy "Unlimited Intuition Now"."

Brenda Guiton "Suspicion" An Interview with Brenda Guiton by Jason E. Foss

                                                                                BRENDA GUITON

"Great Authors have the ability to make something out of nothing.  They can look at a simple rock and people can walk by that rock for years.  They can look at that same rock and build a story around it.  Not only can they build a story behind it, but the setting, the characters, detail after detail they will take your mind on adventure without lifting a foot.  Just grab their book and open it.  And after you open it turn to the first page.  Then you will see the natural connection your mind and your imagination will have with these words of magic.  As the pages turn you will be so glued to the story you won't even realize that you are almost done with their book until you look up and realize how much it made time fly.  There are creative minds that know how to take your mind on an Adventure.  Brenda Guiton is one of these great Authors.  She let us know what motivated her."

                                                                                                              Jason E. Foss

Jason:              "What motivated you to write ‘Suspicion’?"

Brenda:
"I love the Yorkshire Dales, an area we visited frequently when we lived in the Pennine area of West Yorkshire. It was on one such day, following a walk round the ruins of Bolton Abbey and a stroll along the banks of the river Wharfe, that the idea for my book was born. I was always fascinated by The Strid, a beautiful but dangerous spot where the river is forced through a narrow cleft in the rocks. It suddenly occurred to me what a perfect setting it would be for a mystery and the idea for SUSPICION began to take shape."

Jason:              "Which character can you relate to the most and why?"

Brenda:
"The character I can relate to most is the main protagonist, Holly. She is open and straightforward and expects the same in return, particularly from those closest to her. Above all, she is tenacious, so if something doesn’t sit right, she’s not content until she knows the answer."

Jason:              "For your fans and book lovers briefly describe ‘Suspicion’."

Brenda:

"The story is primarily about a mysterious disappearance, involving a cold-case that comes to the fore when Holly becomes suspicious and starts delving into the past. It’s prompted by her move to the Dales to live at the heart of her husband’s family business. Only days after her arrival, a series of disturbing events take place and it becomes clear to her that things are not what they seem within the family dynamics."

"Unlike most cold-case scenarios, where the emphasis is placed on the  detectives involved and the investigation itself, I decided to take a different  approach. The investigation obviously comes into play, but my main focus is on the circumstances surrounding the missing girl prior to her disappearance  and its link to the present day. I always try to bring a strong element of surprise into my books because it’s the ‘unpredictable’ in a story that appeals to me most as an avid reader."

Jason:      "Are you working on another book and if so what can you tell us about it?"

Brenda:

"A house move and support for my disabled mum has meant that my writing had to be put on hold, but I am now working on the outline plot for my next novel. Some of my ideas are still fermenting, so I don’t want to say too much about it at this stage, except that it will be another stand-alone thriller."

"For me, preparation is all important before I put pen to paper (yes, I use long-hand where my writing flows more easily than sitting at the computer). First and foremost, I need to know my characters inside out and, until I do, they are not allowed to lift a finger or utter a single word! Once this is done, I get the bit firmly between my teeth and then there’s no stopping me. It’s at this point that my dear husband steps into the role of ‘head cook and bottle washer’, not wanting to disrupt the flow. Better still, he has a PhD in English Literature, which means I can count on him for constructive criticism – something we all have to take on board if we are to become better writers."

Jason:          "For those that want to read your book what is the easiest way to buy ‘Suspicion’?"

Brenda:

"My books are on Amazon, including paperback copies, which can also be purchased from"

                                                                                           CLOSING

"Brenda Guiton was motivated by a walk around the ruins of Bolton Abbey and a stroll along the banks of the river Wharfe.  She was always fascinated by The Strid, a beautiful but dangerous spot where the river is forced through a narrow cleft in the rocks. This set a spark to her creative talents and she was able to write an amazing book around it.  My favorite thing about Brenda is her emphasis on having a strong element of surprise in her book.  This shows her love for her Readers.  For her to dedicate her approach on keeping her fans and Readers guessing throughout the entire book shows how important it is to her to give them the ultimate experience.  Also, the way she doesn't do a thing until she knows her characters inside and out.  That is amazing discipline!  Last but not least it is so great to know her husband who is also very talented supports her during the writing process.  This is an Author that has only one thought on her mind and that's giving you her very best!  Click on ghe link above and buy "Suspicion"."

Sedona Hutton "Nora's Promise" An Interview with Sedona Hutton by Jason E. Foss

                                                                      SEDONA HUTTON

"Great Authors write about what they are passionate about.  Their Readers who share the same passions love their work because they can relate.  Even those that just love to read can't help but to enjoy the way great Authors can put together a great story.  To build characters up and give them their own unique identity.  Once all the pieces of the story are developed a connection is built between the Reader and the book in front of them.  In the blink of an eye every page becomes more important than the last as the Readers continuously has the urge to want to see what happens next.  When they have to put the book down Suspense is killing them to the point that they are finding excuses to take breaks from work or whatever responsibilities they have to get to the next chapter.  Sedona Hutton is one of these great Authors.  She let us know what motivated her."

                                                                                                                         Jason E. Foss

Jason:                             "What motivated you to write “Cloud Whispers” and "Nora's Promise"?"

Sedona:

"I was inspired to write my debut novel, Cloud Whispers, after a near fatal motorcycle accident. After every storm, there’s a rainbow…While recovering from the accident, I received ongoing bursts of story inspiration and the plot for Cloud Whispers sprang to life."

"The inspiration for Nora’s Promise isn’t quite as rousing. I’m a big NASCAR fan…Go Martin Truex Jr & Chase Elliott!…so I thought it would be fun to write a romance series based on race car drivers. I was also inspired by an adorable cow with a beautiful soul who lived at The Gentle Barn in Tennessee. Throughout Dudley’s short life, he inspired thousands of people to eat gently, live gently, and love gently. In memory of him, I created Nora’s character with a great love for animals."

Jason:                               "What characteristic of Nora can you relate to the most and why?"

Sedona:

"I love Nora’s passion. She’s avid about protecting and caring for those she loves, whether it’s her nephew, Ben, her animals, or Davey. I strive to experience that kind of “all in” love and passion in my life."

Jason:                                  "For your fans and book lovers briefly describe "Nora's Promise"."

Sedona:

"Nora's life changes in an instant after her sister dies. Forced to raise her orphaned nephew, the animal rescuer doesn't expect to be dumped and fired by her kid-hating boyfriend/boss. After her own close call and a message from beyond, Nora introduces the little boy to his handsome, fast-living absentee father."

"Davey Johnson is a hot-shot NASCAR driver who never wanted to be slowed down by fatherhood. But when he finds out he has a nine-year-old son, he vows to be a better father than his old man. When his first efforts fail in a big way, he enlists Nora's parenting help. But what starts as a chore transforms into something way hotter than a final lap."

"When Davey's sponsors clash with Nora's vegan ways, he's forced to choose between his passion for racing and his love of Nora. Will they be able to blend their lives or will their romance run right off the track?"

Jason:                                       "What’s unique about your stories?"

Sedona:

"As an author, it’s my aspiration to write stories that not only entertain, but also inspire. I’m blending traditional women’s fiction and romance with new age spirituality. My novels include romance, conflict, and family drama as well as a sprinkling of thought-provoking concepts like The Law of Attraction, being present, choosing kindness, and non-judgment. I’m grateful for the positive feedback I’ve received from readers on this unique blend."

Nora’s Promise:

“With amazing and lovable characters this book is sure to get you thinking and feeling with every fiber of your being.”

“Do overs, second chances, believing in yourself and focusing on the positive makes this an inspiring read.”

Cloud Whispers:

“A story about self-discovery, intentionality, spirituality and most importantly…love.  While the theme of being true to one’s self permeates through the novel, it is the devoted relationships which actually steal the show.”

“A beautifully woven story filled with love, loss, betrayal and renewal…While Cloud Whispers includes passionate love stories, it also feeds your spirt and renews your soul.”

Jason:                                      "Are you working on another book and if so what can you tell us about it?"

Sedona:

"I’m working with my editor to finalize the second standalone novel in the Racing Hearts of Serenity romance series. The Perfect Lap offers a slow-burn romance along with plenty of thought-provoking concepts like everyone is doing the best they can from where they are, the power of gratitude, giving from a place of love, and the notion that perfection is overrated."

"Below is a description of The Perfect Lap which will be available for purchase in Q2 2019."

"AJ Ryan is a publicity nightmare. After a questionable photo surfaces and his biggest sponsor threatens topull out, the NASCAR champion admits it might be time to hit the brakes. Thankfully, his new no-nonsense image consultant knows just where to start… too bad she revs his engine so loudly he can barely think straight."

"Ella Fisher’s career is a welcome distraction from her poor taste in men. Fresh off another easily avoidable heartbreak, rehabbing AJ’s career is just the diversion she needs. But when the pulse-pounding client actually listens to her advice, Ella wonders if there’s more to the man behind the hot mess."

"When Ella is granted guardianship of three boisterous children under the misconception that she and AJ are a couple, AJ surprises her by going along with the charade. Before long they find themselves in a make-shift family that feels more real than pretend."

"As their professional relationship takes a hard turn for the personal, a single overheard conversation could make it all go up in flames. Will Ella and AJ’s romance hit the wall, or will love take the checkered flag?"

Jason:                        "For those that want to read your book what is the easiest way to buy "Nora's Promise"?"

"Sedona Hutton was motivated by a motorcycle accident to write "Cloud Whispers" and her love for NASCAR and an adorable cow by the name of Dudley motivated her to write "Nora's Promise".  My favorite thing about Sedona is how she creatively used her love for Nascar and the way she created her main Character Nora.  I admire the way she built an exciting story about race car drivers and romance.  That is very original and the fact that she is a big fan of NASCAR expect to get a quality story from beginning to end.  As you can see by some of her many positive reviews she knows how to write in a way that will keep those pages turning and you will enjoy these great books.  Click on the links above and buy "Cloud's Whispers" and "Nora's Promise".
