ZORAIZA VALBUENA
Years ago I heard someone say "Lead by Example." What does it mean to lead? Is it to put yourself first? Or is it to be such an influence and to make such an impact that people are inspired and follow? Zoraiza Valbuena is that example. Of a Great Influence. A Great Leader. Of someone that pushes herself to exceed excellence. Being successful in business and the fashion industry can take a lot out of a person. She manages to thrive with a smile. What is it that gets someone to stay consistent? Zoraiza let's us know what motivates her.
Jason: You are an inspiration to a lot of people. As a Great Leader in Business and Fashion what is your motivation?
Zoraiza:
My motivation is to be better each day as a person and leader. Besides that, I am motivated by helping others learn and grow alongside me.
Jason: You are very good at what you do and there are a lot of qualities one must have to be successful. What do you feel is the best characteristic to have in order to be successful?
Zoraiza:
"The best characteristics in order to be successful is to be kind, have a good attitude when faced with adversity, and not to be afraid of change as we can learn from all types of experiences. You must always have an open mind and have a solution mindset in order to move forward."
Zoraiza:
"At the moment I am learning and investing in the stock market. I would also like to invest in real estate and be successful in my investments."
Jason: For those that are inspired by you and would like to chase their dreams and achieve their Life Goals what advice would you give them that would help them to be successful?
Zoraiza:
"If you have a dream and really want to achieve something, work hard and be persistent. “Proceed as if success is inevitable"."
Jason: What is your why?
Zoraiza:
"My why is my children. I want to be the best example for them and want them to achieve anything they put their minds to. I want to serve as an example of perseverance, hard work, discipline, and dedication."
CLOSING
Zoraiza is motivated by being better each day. That takes focus, commitment, and an intentional mindset. Her kids bring out the best in her. What brings out the best in you? What's most important to you? Whatever you are picturing, that person or that goal, will give you the push that you need to maintain success.
