S-PETERS-DAVIS
"Great Authors are very creative. Just when you think they can't possibly come up with a better book than their last one they come back with a much better one. A year later one even better than the one before. It's baffling how they can take their talents to the next level and the level after the next. Here is one of the reasons why. They love what they do. They give their absolute very best to their fans and readers. They have fun and are passionate about their talents and ideas. S. Peters-Davis is one of those great Authors. She let us know what motivated her."
Jason: "What motivated you to write Unorthodox?"
S:
"My favorite genres are paranormal, supernatural, crime, and romance. I’m intrigued and impacted by books, TV, and movies containing one or a number of those genres. Plus, I adore stories with deep bonds of friendships. My motivation was to write something that included all of my favorites:)"
Jason: "What characteristic of Kendra's can you relate to the most and why?"
S:
"This was tough to pick only one characteristic because I resonate with her at a soul level. *laughs* I’m sure all authors do this with their story-stars. Perhaps the characteristic would be that of being different and hoping for acceptance. Won’t go further than that, but I relate."
Jason: "For your fans and book lovers briefly describe Unorthodox."
S:
"Kendra Spark, suspense-romance author, sees ghosts. She grew up as an odd-ball to everyone with the exception of one close friend, Jenna Powers, now an FBI criminal analyst."
"Jenna requests Kendra’s special ability (seeing ghosts) for an important case – a killer targeting FBI agents, and Jenna’s father, FBI Special Task Force Director, Jackson Powers, wears a target on his back."
"Derek Knight, FBI Special Task Force Investigator/Agent, leads the investigation. He also shows up late to the first meeting with Jenna and Kendra, and finds Jenna lying dead in the street."
"Derek, Kendra, and Jenna (ghosticized) stay on the case, facing down a psycho who will stop at nothing to get his own kind of justice."
Jason: "Are you working on another book, and if so, what can you tell us about it?"
S:
"I’m in the process of plotting Albatross, the third book in the Kendra Spark novels. The title, Albatross, is a metaphor for the deadly malevolent spirit, known as Queen B, (that has seemingly bound herself to Kendra) is determined to use and abuse Kendra for her abilities. There are a number of “threads” from the second book, Malevolent, to knot-up – not only the paranormal/supernatural parts, but the criminal cartel parts also. Plus, the romance between Kendra and Derek continues to escalate."
"Albatross, A Kendra Spark Novel, book 3 is due to release in June 2019:)"
Jason: "For those that want to read your book what is the easiest way to buy Unorthodox?"
S:
"You can find all of the different links (Amazon, Kobo, Barnes&Nobels, Smashwords, etc.) at one place" : HYPERLINK "https://books2read.com/Unorthodox"

"S. Peters-Davis was motivated to write something that included all of her favorite genres. If you haven't had the pleasure of reading one of this amazing Author's books this is the one! Someone daring enough to mix that many genres and make it work is going to give you her very best. She is not even thinking of it as a difficult task. She seems to be having too much fun! She is so passionate about her books and writing in general. What I like most about S. Peters-Davis is that she embraces being different. What's great about that is she will always be accepted by most because to admit that she is different makes the people around her see how genuine she is. Be ready for a book that is going to give you twists and turns as the known gets mixed with the unknown. Click on the link above and buy "Unorthodox".
